It's called proof of home ties and one has to write a very compelling argument tha he/she will return. This and the proof of funds usually are the main hinderances for visa approvals

Employers are to blame because they want to abuse those they are employing as sponsors with low wages and long hrs under inhumane conditions it’s called modern slavery which the government should look into and let people free to work for multiple employers without strings attached to one employer
