Women are emotional, emotions are irrational, when a woman has someone on the "back burner", its more of an emotional affair as it is physical, for men its pure lust, not condoning it at all, but its way easier for women to have a "back burner", while men have to make efforts to gain a "back burner", women simply have to exist to have one.

It destroys men because she checks out of the relationship way before the break up happens. It’s completely destabilizing because all the time effort you’ve invested is met with reduced communication, avoiding, and ghosting, at that point it’s because she’s slept with someone else already. then when they are pressed for answers they dump you. Women don’t have to deal with any accountability so this is how they behave.
