I completely agree with the first student.... In our society the medical profession is so much hyped that for a lower middle class student it has become the only way out to become rich in that sense.... It is not the problem of the student but the problem of the society....I have also come to this field not out of passion but to improve economic condition and that bio math issue....If I had any other choice I would have opted for that .And I think this is not my problem but the problem of this society....To wish for a better life can never be treated as a problem....

I beg to differ here strongly..... Pathology and radiology in today's date is the core medicine when compared to clinicians who would ask for investigation at every step. One will be flustered with the amount of studying pre and paraclinical branches involve. Clinicians may have differentials but the former ones will only have to give the definitive diagnosis. I am a huge fan of you Sir. It was very disappointing to listen to this from you. In India higher secondary students don't get much exposure to decide what they want to be. I always wanted to be a radiologist because I liked the integration of anatomy with technology. Night duties and medico legal aspects are equally burdensome for non clinicians.

To score in neet pg you got to study hard for the exam. Passion doesn't matter. There's no competitive exam in the world which requires passion to clear it. Passion is required to be successful in a profession, but in an MCQ exam it's about the hardwork, preparation and strategy.

When you came from a village dont either know what exam do you need to become a doctor after 10th just passionate about science and join 12th in science branch and by the name of computers we are scared because till then we never use a computer so we took math and biology and came to know about neet and you cleared that and you become a doctor not everyperson come from such areas that allow them to know what they are passionate about. They have the privilege n now they are judging people about their passion.
