What’s the one common practice that all the highest achieving human beings have in common? The most focused and mentally proficient Athletes, leaders and professionals all have a meditative practice.
They understand that to unlock your creative mind and be able to execute when in counts requires a high level of concentration and mental focus. Doesn’t matter what you are doing the best things you’ve achieved in life have been when you can focus and filter unwanted noise. It doesn’t matter how hard you train, if you can’t focus you can’t execute. Mediation is one of the most powerful mental and physicals skills you can practice to elevate performance and health.
