Same here. I thought being single would be a hollow existence. Now, I don't think so. I miss the three letter word (the one with s and ends with x, heh), with the women I've been with. What I don't miss is the grief, the entitlement, the psychological fighting "just to do it" quite a few women would do, the masking of their selfish motives, and as you stated, the misery. And nearly almost ALL of them were not good with finances, which if I was making a little or much more at job I would generally live on my means---and invest gradually.

I once harbored the notion that I would have a happy relationship, but now I see that there is no way I could satisfy any of them. I know I am not alone. People are not getting married. Are people having sex? I don't know, but I am not. Porn is a poor substitute, although I am sure glad it exists. Definitely better than running to the corner store, pal! And the birthrate is down across the world. I think Korean is in negative numbers big time. Hey, that's fine by me. I am living a miserable life and humankind is dying out as well. Imagine getting married and providing all these resources only to find out your wife cheated and your kids might not be yours. Feminism tells women to cheat. That it’s her body and she’s not a slave to her husband for sex. In divorce court she’s rewarded for her cheating and breaking her vows. Why would any man enter into such a relationship? It’s insane.

Feminism doesn't tell women anything, it gives more choices than only one which some random male wants to force upon women. As for cheating there was study done analyzing DNA and proving historically only 40% of males reproduced (>80% women) which means most raised milkman's children or consequences of nobles having first night rights with every woman who get married or woman having secret bf because nobody loves and stays loyal if they are forced into marriage. Meanwhile men cheated so much there was never time in history when worlds oldest profession would sit without job. Ironically despite males today crying about big bad feminism the paternity rates are much better because women are not forced to breed with garbage someone else chose for her.

The marriage license is a contract with the county/State. For the contract to be binding, all parties must provide equal consideration. I have never seen a woman or the county/State provide equal consideration. Also, the county clerk withheld a lot of information about the contract. This makes the contract null and void. Rescind your signature, have it notarized, and send it to the county clerk’s office.

Ok but the biggest problem is I don't exactly expect them to be traditional but they refuse to compromise on anything. Try to talk to them logically about any plan you have for a family together, it won't work. I made three times as much money as my ex wife. I had to divorce her because she had an alcohol addiction and she wouldn't pick up after herself. Yes she worked and I didn't have a problem with that, I even split chores with her, rather fairly in my opinion but she was a slob and I'm not and she wouldn't give up alcohol. The final straw was her drinking heavily behind my back while we were trying to have a child. According to her I was "The love of her life!" Her actions definitely proved otherwise. Anyways she died at 36 because she wouldn't stop and her liver could only take so much abuse. I doubt I'll marry again, I honestly can't even find any decent women to date anymore. I might try the passport thing but I haven't really wanted to leave the states. I'm guessing I'll just do the rent-a-woman program and spend my days doing what I wish instead of trying to save another Trainwreck, because in women's eyes apparently that must be all I deserve!

@@Anotherguy1st Not all women are like this, but if you think they are then you're probably best to stay single as you have not yet healed from your last relationship. It's like women who have bad experiences with a alcoholic husband or selfish narcissistic men, just because some men are like that doesn't mean they all are. As for her being a slob that can very easily apply to the man being the slob in a relationship too. It just depends on the individuals and the type of people they are. Putting al women in to one box and men in another is extreme black and white thinking. Dichotomous thinking is very rigid and allows no competing or mitigating information. It constitutes a kind of denial that usually occurs in tandem with other cognitive distortions like filtering and disqualifying the positive, where the things that do not fit into the narrative are disqualified, rejected or re-framed in order to fit into it. That's why you have to reality test at times and make sure your not projecting your own feelings or past experiences onto a person or a situation that isn't really there and not grounded in reality. There's toxic men and women and theirs none toxic men and women. It's not some women are toxic and therefore it applies to all women, same with men. Everyone on the planet are individuals and no two people are exactly the same. No one is all good or all bad. You have to evaluate people on their own merits and actions, not on someone else's. This applies to both good and bad behaviour and if someone can be nice sometimes or has good qualities(everyone has some good qualities) it still does not excuse or mitigate abuse ever. Good people can do bad things. Bad people can do good things. All people can do all things and if we can stop trying to fit people into a category, evaluating their behavior really does become a lot easier. It speaks for itself. And remember no one is perfect, we all have flaws, weaknesses and make mistakes at times, that's part of being human.

@@kmarie7051 you said a whole load of nothing. First balme the victim for generalisation. Then said good people can be bad and vice versa. Give people a chance, good or bad essentially. What's your point? Keep dating people that fake the initial phase of the relationship? Why not just have the initial phase, and go your separate ways? This was the mentality of the friend of a narcissistic lady "if we officially don't date and are just seeing each with no labels. there will always be that ability to still keep the honey moon phase going and feelings won't be hurt as much when cheating occurs because they never were truly yours" I saw it as delusional at first, because why not just keep trying to be creative in the relationship long term. However this is what works for some people, so allow people choose to abandon all romantic relationships or manage it as they chose. Not keep trying the same old formular.
@kmarie7051
@kmarie7051 9 сағат бұрын
@@sneak9407 Yes that's something a narcissist could say. That's because narcissists don't bond or attach properly to people so the honeymoon phase is the only good time for them and it's all built around fantasy. They value the supply and attention from people they barely know over those they know well. Those people can't reflect the narcissist's flaws and failings back to them because they don't know any of them. The narcissistic supply from them is much more satisfying and more pure because it is not tainted by anything. When someone they don't know says something good about them, the narcissistic person can't convince themselves that the person doesn't really feel that way because there is no reason to. They've never done anything to that person. This is why they fear exposure. It ruins that pure supply, those good opinions. Anyone who knows the pathologically narcissistic person in a more intimate capacity is a potential danger and ultimately, an enemy. They only get into relationships to validate themselves and your only function in the relationship is to provide whatever reflection they can turn into fleeting self-worth and personality traits they can mimic. That's it. Their self-esteem is very, fragile. The normal stresses and blows to the ego that are nothing to most people are intolerable for someone with such little self-worth. They cannot abide by anything less than perfection, because any flaw or mistake - no matter how small - is considered a terrible failing and indictment of character. It is seen as proof of their worthlessness. But no one is perfect. No one is flawless. Everyone makes mistakes. The narcissist avoids the enormous pain of flaws, imperfections and mistakes through denial and projection, by blaming them on other people. You are literally there in part to take the blame for things so that they don't have to. Even if we disregarded the totally unrealistic demand for perfection being made of you, how can you ever be perfect when someone rejects all of your good qualities and even makes up bad ones that you don't have? It's a set up. Everyone becomes tainted in the end, either because they see behind the facade of the narcissist and can therefore expose them, or because the narcissistic person cannot find a flaw in the person and begins to hate them because they are jealous. Your jobs in this relationship are to give them the perfect, unconditional love they desire by reflecting their perfect self back to them always and to be the disgustingly flawed scapegoat they can blame everything on. Unfortunately, these things cancel each other out. Even if you were the perfect victim, so to speak, someone with no boundaries who always took the blame and never asserted yourself, someone who worshipped the narcissist and saw them as godlike, who let them do whatever they wanted and still loved them and never chastised them, it still would not be good enough. Their opinion of you would be extremely low and you would be treated terribly. They would still go to others for supply as well. What good is supply from someone who is that pathetic?..There is no chance that you can become perfect enough for a person who does not understand love to love you. The whole relationship with a narcissist alternates between idealization and devaluation cycles and neither is based in reality or is the other person seen for who they really are through any of it, it's not really based on the other person at all. it's all based around the narcissists feelings and their flawed perception only'. Their feelings are all self focused and they only have feelings for themselves. Other people are seen as objects or extensions of self to narcissists. The best a narcissist can do is enmeshment which is really toxic. After the honeymoon phase a narcissists lose interest in their partner and the kind treatment they may have demonstrated in the beginning vanishes. The second stage of their romantic relationships are often dramatic, painful, fluctuating, riddled with secrets, and unstable, and periods where you might go back to the idealization for a period and then devalued again over and over and then very often a discard. The relationship never really goes back to what it was at the start because that was just a mask and not who the narcissist really is. The devaluation part of the cycle will just keep getting longer and the idealization shorter. Pathological narcissists have a condition that impairs the social neuronetworks of the brain. The very regions of the brain that handle how we relate, connect, empathize, manage our emotions, take accountability, reason (socially), inhibit impulses, and practice morality are dysfunctional in this population.There's a break-down of affective resonance in their inability to connect deeply with us. To feel with, for, and about us which destroys their chances at a true connection. They may tell you that they care, but because affective resonance is nearly always in action when we are in the presence of another living being. you will not feel that they care. What you may feel, especially if you are a person of high empathy, is that their words are hollow, superficial and shallow. You will feel that something is missing when your limbic system searches for a healthy connection in your partner and it comes up empty. Affective resonance is all about the feeling of the interaction and the dynamic entanglement of moving and being-moved. This condition impacts their social interactions, thought processes, personality and behavior. We rely on these components to be stable when we interact with others - especially our intimate partner. When someone has deficits of this magnitude means most people will not be able to have a peaceful, cooperative, reciprocal relationship with them. The level of accommodation one would have to extend to maintain a relationship with them will be extreme (e.g., walking on eggshells; always submitting to a fragile ego). We lean on our social neuronetworks within the brain to be able to connect to others; to relate to them; respect and appreciate them. It is not uncommon for an individual with pathological narcissism to tell their intimate partners that they will change, get better, or do better. This is usually short-lived. The brain disorder will predominate and the pathological narcissists’ manner of thinking and functioning re-emerges. Example - You love and bond with him/her across the span of your relationship, however the individual with pathological narcissism will disconnect, become disinterested, and antagonistic, perhaps even hateful across that same time period. Their behavior is in complete opposition to what ‘normals’ do when they are intimately involved and care about someone. There will be no change to their emotional processing LIKE their ability to form empathy, care, demonstrate morality, and bond. Aside from their minimal empathy, a tendency toward boredom, and aggression, one of the primary facets of their character that creates problems in their relationships is their lack of morality. They cannot genuinely relate well to others, especially in intimate relationships. Their emotional disorder simply prevents this. They cannot connect and fulfill that deep desire we have to feel bonded to someone. There is no empathy, compassion, bonding, understanding, appreciation, trust, Honesty, respect, stability, peace... There's no moral reasoning, care based morality, healthy boundaries, healthy emotional regulation, accountability, impulse control in Intimate relationships on the part pathological narcissists. They do not value or consider the emotions of their partner important. They value self only. Rather than love their partners, the deepest they can reach is to treat them like possessions or objects. Abuse and love are combinations you’ll never find in healthy relationships. Healthy and mature partners instinctively know the line that should not be crossed. They don’t cross it because they love you and care about your feelings - even when they are angry or disappointed in you. Arguments and disagreements cannot erase the extremely deep bond a healthy person has for their partner. They love you, even if they may not like your actions at the moment. Without empathy the relationship is shallow and everyone is disposable. And everyone is just as easily retrieved. Pathologically narcissistic people objectify other people. They view all people as objects that can be controlled, used, stolen, bought and sold on and owned, including themselves. They don't appear to understand any human beings as complete Sovereign individuals with all their own needs, wants, feelings, beliefs, preferences or anything else. For narcissists not acknowledging the feelings needs or wants of others goes beyond not caring into a space of not even seeing these things.They only care how others can be used to make them feel about themselves. Other people in these relationships are merely props to make the performance more believable and mirrors to reflect this performance to the only audience that matters, the narcissistic person themselves. The narcissist's entire life is a performance of one for one by one. Even narcissists who believe they "love" someone at the start are usually referring to loving the way the other person makes them feel about themselves, because the other person mirrors back to them an idealized perfect image of themselves back to them and sees them as perfect at the start. They are so self centered they don't realise that and this is their only experience of situations where they used that word "love" so they know no different..eventually that perfect reflection will be tainted for even the smallest thing and then the devaluation starts and their feelings change with it.

Demographics? I'm 73, and at my age, single women far outnumber single men (perhaps 8 to 1). Women date, marry, and divorce for resources, it is all business. I learned an expensive lesson at the settlement table in mid-life and it took about a decade to recover. I quickly share my insight with my grandsons and caution my granddaughters about the feminism my generation spawned. The smart ones heed my advice and prosper. Me? I remarried 27 years ago and replaced it all several times over. We are better off than 95% of our peers and my wife delights in the country club life I provide. There is great satisfaction in massive success and Karma deals with my EX. I chuckle.

Marriage was a religious agreement designed to protect women-because they could not compete against men in the work marketplace. Given that few today have any religious standards and that women can take on careers alongside men there’s really no purpose for marriage because all it really does is protect female hypergamy-Men got married because they believed it ensured sexual access for life-Now that this doesn’t ensure this there’s no reason to even “commit” because we all know she will more than likely lose interest and take at least half your resources in the process.

That a government can negate legal contracts such as a prenuptual agreement will make all marriage agreements a thing of the past imo. In Canada if a couple cohabitates for 2 years they automatically become commonlaw which equates to marriage in every way regardless of them not having a marriage contract. A couple can enter into a legal cohabitation agreement to avoid the commonlaw marriage laws but judges can and have negated these agreements as well. The consequence of this government interference is that men (and women too) are either avoiding cohabitating altogether or when they do they are sure to break the living arrangement before the 2 years is up. So I think a new marriage contract such as is suggested in this video is a fantastic idea, but if a judge can't be trusted to uphold them then what good are they?

At that point again it is renewed or terminated. Like a commercial lease…after all, are we not just leasing these women anyway?
@rengurenge
@rengurenge 9 сағат бұрын
Marriage is contract, divorce is termination of marriage contract and not divorcing is keeping marriage contract active. Why tf anybody needs to "renew" it after every few months as you suggest it? Sounds like scam business to fill the pockets of some and waste other peoples time just because some men are cowards who can't do anything in their life without someone else making them to do it. If you want to divorce, Steve, just do it! You don't need to be coward who "forgets" to renew marriage to get out of marriage you hate so much although I think you are not even married. Without children there is not much reason for women to marry men or even live with men but if there is children involved they need stronger family than something what could be forgotten to be renewed or not done because financial reasons at the moment or forbidden by big brother because you don't have up to date booster.

In Africa, we don't face the challenges of loosing our assets or paying alimony. But the problems of the fair transaction in the marriage is still present considering female nature is the same anywhere you go. Men here are still meant to provide and protect and women can ration intimacy or simply break the marriage at will. Which is why our fore fathers had many women outside marriage cos the intimacy was never fully met. Find what works for you though but at least know what you're getting yourself into.

Young men are still getting married because they are being raised by women in the house and feminized by women in school, work, recreation, and told everyday in the media that they need a women and suffering in a marriage and losing everything is the honorable thing to do. They are literally surrounded by feminism from birth. Until they get married and divorced do they start to wake up. It might take a decade or two to figure it out (and maybe another marriage & divorce) but if they are committed to improving themselves, and life long learning, they will make it to the other side which is indifference to women and a deep understanding that what they currently offer is standard equipment on all models (since you used the car analogy) worldwide at a fraction of the cost.

This is true imo, however I have talked with and know many men who married in Orthodox Eastern europe after the Cold War ended and their marriages suffer from the same problems. A lot of them have become alcoholics to escape. One guy owns a house with 3 bedrooms 3 toilets, and his wife has pushed him out of the house into his garage. The 11 rooms in the house are for guests, decorated by her. We are talking about religious Orthodox christians here. I also come from such a broken home from Easte Europe, we are catholics. Grandparents and parents never separated.. but their relationships are more like psychological torture built on contempt.

Hello Mr. Griffin. I was wondering if you have advice for parents of a daughter(s). I imagine that you hope your daughter will be married to an honorable man one day. Do you have any tips on raising a girl into a sensible young woman who can one day be the “right woman” for her potential future husband one day? Also, how would you raise a young man to find such a woman? Thank you very much and God bless you sir.
@john-griffin

I think you have to earn their trust first. When your adult children come to you for advice, you will know you have their trust. My philosophy is to understand that just because they came through me, they do not belong to me. Their lives are their own. Life is very good at bringing lessons at the right time for each of us to learn. My daughters confide in me about their boyfriends and they want my opinion. This creates an opportunity for a conversation. I never tell them what to do or not do. I just have a conversation and ask them questions that will lead to self discovery. If they choose badly, I will just wait and allow the inevitable to happen. then we have another conversation. I support them in all of their decisions so long as they aren't hurting themselves or anyone else. I do that so as not to alientate them. It just requires patience. So far, it has been working pretty welll.
