@Reed Harvey you are not exactly correct there my dude. The blackpill accepts the truth that Looks, Status & Money dictates a woman's attraction towards a man. The Blackpill states that there are only Simps & Incels. The Blackpill does not care if you have "Game" or not. If you are a man of colour, then you will always fall short in the dating game. The Blackpill teaches that it is better to leave the dating game altogether, going monk mode & focus on personal growth. This is why the Blackpill community consists of men who are not caucasian.

I was a personal trainer for close to 8 years before I finally had it. Its IMPOSSIBLE to work with these people. The denial was at the 99 percentile. Always the same freaking excuses like they all went to the same school and learned this denial garbage. It was NEVER EVER their fault for gaining the weight. It was always some medical condition. When Id ask for the Drs report, Id get more excuses. Id always make an apt to go shopping with my clients. The first time would be all them. Id have them buy what they normally buy. I wouldn't say anything. When it was time to talk about shopping, Id get he same, Oh I just buy that because of the kids... So Id ask, ok, then what are you eating. I'm eating what the kids eat. Ok, Why are you feeding the kids complete junk food. Silence............ I could make a long list of excuses I got. Always the same thing.. It wasn't THEIR fault they gained so much weight. I finally got tired of the mental gymnastics and walked away. Ill never ever do that again. People just dont have the ability to make change ion their lives. Especially in this nation that has become narcissistic and entitled.

I lost a bunch of weight a few years ago, simply showing up at the grocery store produce section or gym was not enough. I think it took me 5 years of reading / research and little adjustments, and then the final pieces were calorie counting and keeping a consistent exercise routine. For years people gave vague advice “just do what I do, I’m skinny. Just eat less. Go for a walk.” Now these people are getting fat and asking me how to lose weight, and they’re like wow you should be a personal trainer or something? I’m like lol hell no, 99% of the work comes from you, only you can help yourself! I had a pretty cool personal trainer after losing weight though, he showed me how to lift heavy weights (and safely) that was the only help I really needed because I lost weight but I ended up a smaller shapeless weakling...

Weight loss tips - Can't go to the gym? That's no excuse. Walk/jog for 2+ hours. You burn calories daily simply by existing, usually around 600-1100 with *little* exercise. Make a eating budget of about 180-190 dollars per month. Helps save money. You know vegetables like potatoes, leeks, onions, etc? Find out how to plant/harvest them over extended periods of time to save money & get replenishing resources. Losing weight isn't easy, but gaining it isn't easy either. Both are *continuous, extended decisions you make.* Used to weigh 384lbs, currently 306. It's not easy, but doing it will change your perspective on life itself. Get in shape for yourself & no one else.

@@_tj The pandemic has really taken a toll on everyone's daily exercise and mental health so I get that it can be extremely daunting to start your health journey. Heck it is for me too. But the best advice I can give you personally is to push yourself to reach certain goals - start small by aiming to do 6,000 steps a day (you can get a phone step tracker) and just walk about outside for an hour or split it up into small walks throughout the day. Another great program for people starting is the couch to 5K it's a guide to start jogging/running which will build up your stamina. I've started this and don't worry if you can't reach up to a minute running (most can't at first) you just keep building it up. Best time to do that is in the morning, if you can find a running track that's even better 😉 Right now I'm at the start of my fitness journey I'm aiming to do cardio twice a week, weight/ resilance training twice a week (this is lifting weights etc can do at gym or even get body weights for under your clothes that you can go about your day with), and some home workouts. Now I can't stress this enough don't go on any crash diet. It always leads to failure no matter what, saying you'll cut out all your favourite junk food all at once isn't realistic. Just try limiting yourself. I realise you have issues with your food that your family is bringing in. I would personally talk to them about how you want a healthier diet and if you could come shopping with them and pick out some things you would want to eat. (avoid microwave meals) It's really unfortunate you're in this situation but I understand what it's like. For your circumstances you will have to start learning to cook yourself and if money is a problem make a list of all the recipes you want to make, set yourself a budget and shop for them in a cheaper store. Look for frozen, chopped vegetables/fruit they last longer and give you more. Also if you make too much food, look up if it can be frozen and wait until the food cools down then put it in a tub and in the freezer. Then you can reheat it whenever you want it again. Really saves waste and money. Currently I'm trying to buy 5/6 meal recipes each shopping I do. My diet is horrideous but my first aim is to try eating at least one healthy meal a day then eventually getting lower/alternative junk food to satisfy my craving to eating junk food 1/2 times a week etc etc. Its difficult but it's part of the process. Don't give up, research more into it and keep motivated! I know I'm not the best to give advice but assuming we are in similar situations health wise this is what I can give you to start. Wish you the best on your health journey 💞

My "excuse" is that I have such a low self-image that I don't see the point in trying to lose weight anymore. I get for health reasons, but even if I lose weight? I'll still look the same. No amount of makeup can help me either. I doubt losing weight will give me a new perspective on life, because my self esteem is down the drain at this point. Some people even try to lose weight as much as they can and because of conditions they have it never works. No matter how many months or years they try, it *never* works because of any conditions the body gives. The only reason I'm going to lose weight at this point is if I know I'll end up attractive. However, even my depression weighs me down to where I have *zero* motivation to even try to lose weight. That's my reasoning, so I'm working towards at least treating my depression first. I usually feel numb too, as my medication does that, so that's also holding me back from even trying anymore. I mean, at least I'm not on the morbidly obese spectrum, I guess. That's one bright side. I also work hard at bettering my writing style. I'm about to get a good professor to help me in writing, too. I gave up on my body and looks, but I'm not giving up on what I'm passionate about at least. I know you meant well, but I know many people have their reasons why they don't try to lose weight. Not just because they can't go to the gym. The fat shaming in these comments isn't helping, either. So I should stop reading them. And by "fat shaming", I mean calling big people whales or whatever. *That's* fat shaming, not encouraging them to try and lose weight.

As a woman who has dated a lot of abusive women (maybe I have a unique insight on the topic bc I share their brain chemistry idk), let me tell you; they make you feel like you you can't do any better, that you're stuck with them. They convince you that if you leave them they're going to shrivel up and die and it'll be all your fault and they'll tell all their fake, little friends that you're the worst person in the entire world. They hold everything against you, creating a file cabinet off all your absolutely worse moments (even when they're the reason this bad side of you was dragged out and in some circumstances they do it on purpose) and if you break up with them, you KNOW they're going to tell everyone. If this sounds like the person you're with... get out as safely as you can. I mean it; as fast as you can, as fast as you can sincerely feel in your heart that you want to get away from that person. Run the hell away from them like the monster you know they are. I almost lost my life to myself because I didn't run away fast enough and now I've had to start all over, go the ER, I have lasting nerve damage, flash backs, I had to get therapy, get on meds; I wasted five years of my life with a horrible person and those could've been the best years of my life; EASILY. If you're reading this feeling like you need to act and you're finding similarities between my experience and yours, I want you to know I love you. I don't know who the hell you are but I love you. Get out. Go back to the people they've tried so hard to separate you from; the people YOU KNOW love you FOR A FACT! Do it for you. Love yourself.

There are "good" women left just you have to pick and choose what combination of factors you can work with. Sometimes they chose someone wrong and working through the trauma like I did. Not everyone is coming through this life unscathed. As everyone else has been saying better alone than be with bad company.

We live in such a creepy world where we can't even say "Yes I want my gf/wife to be healthy." Thats why a lot of chicks, and dudes tbh, chub up after awhile in relationships. Unless they both workout together, it'll be someone that is the healthy and the other is the unhealthy.

That's why the term dad bod confused me at first. In my mind, a dad bod means you're a ripped, shredded, firefighter calendar looking motherfucker, who destroys in the gym because you need to be absolutely fit to be a dad, to protect your kids from 8 BILLION other THREATS on earth walking around all day. If I had kids I'd have a reason to get more ripped than I am. I'd have purpose. Getting fit for pussy is stupid lol. I know quite a few men who had got married, and when they had kids it clicked and they lost the 150lbs.

Keep watching his videos. He talks a lot about personal accountability. And if we are going to make changes in our lives the only people responsible for that is us. No one else can affect our lives unless we let them. And if they’re harming us it’s OUR job to walk away from them, it’s not their job to be nice. Always remember the one thing we can control is our own lives. His videos have helped me immensely this way. Almost all of them. They’re also especially helpful for men, not exclusively, but he’s definitely more concerned with his male audience. Women already have the whole world telling them they’re all super heroes-the awful ones believe that crap too-while men are constantly being torn down. So he’s a much needed voice.

At 7 min 51 she screams that whoever is against the queen will die while pointing to herself. That just shows you the narcissistic entitled thinking that she is a queen. But also malignant thinking of whoever opposes her must die. In a few seconds she jumped from whoever is against her is not allowed at her wedding (with no care as to what he wants) to wanting them dead. That shows you the hatred inside her and the selfishness as well as lack of empathy. She is not just a gold digger, she is malignant and sadistic which her abuse and arrests show later. As well as the attempts to frame him for abuse.

I am a woman, but I really like watching videos like that because I grew up in a pretty toxic environment and I don't want to be the same. I don't want to be a psychotic, toxic gf like my mother. I also aspire to become a good housewife and mother. Still, to do so I have to actively watch myself and constantly reflect on my behavior since I am also a normal human being and we tend to behave like our parents and what we saw while growing up. Luckily I stayed with my grandparents for about half my childhood and learned from my grandma as well. She was a loving and caring mother and housewife and pretty much the opposite of my mother. Still, I am scared of imitating her once in a while and I really want to make my boyfriend happy instead of being a burden. A few days ago we spoke about our behavior toward each other and I realized that sometimes I was really unfair to him and we both kind of messed up communication pretty often. So now, after I realized what I did wrong, I am correcting this behavior and becoming a better girlfriend. We already had rough times but we managed to better it and are now happier than ever. Videos like these help me understand what kind of behavior is really disgusting, toxic, and wrong, so I wanted to thank you for creating those. You are helping me becoming the woman I want to be.
