I think we need more communication from the devs, at least saying why they r taking a while. For instance, the Easter Event, let’s say they don’t want to tell everyone they were updating the code, they could just say something like “working on something cool, sorry this updates going for so long”. I disagree with Nikilis keeping the updates in the game until next update comes out. It is dropping the player count, no one cares about Halloween anymore, and to be honest, some people miss the iconic normal Murder Mystery 2 lobby, and yeah, events are supposed to be limited time only. Just my thoughts.

Tbh I’m not mad because Nikilis has a life also. He has to go to bed, eat, there’s a chance he has a job or is in school, etc. But you guys gotta remember that Roblox developers have life’s also. Thats why whenever you see a game, the creator isn’t the only person who helped make a game. Like Wolfpaq, Nikilis, Preston, etc. don’t work alone because working alone on a huge game is stressful. But you guys gotta Keep in mind that developers work hard to release updates, but I wonder why developers update their games if their players are just gonna be rude to them about not updating. Like do you think nikilis is gonna want to update his dang game if you’re gonna hate on him? Keep in mind, updates take a long time and a lot of work to do. Like that’s why Wolfpaq only updates once a month.

i hate that nikilis is so lazy. he only ended the middle ground between christmas and easter when the easter update came out. and the easter update came out after easter itself. then easter stayed until summer came out. then summer stayed until halloween came out. and im assuming halloween will stay until christmas comes out. not to mention nikilis just skipped valentines and thanksgiving. thanksgiving wouldn't even take long to make. it's just pure laziness from nikilis and if he wants his game to stay relevant, he needs to update more. even if it's just a shop godly, we need an update

But as you can see mm2 is still one of the games with the highest players online even today, compare that to games who update EVERY week because of how money hungry they are. It keeps players engaged and excited for the next update, and aren’t overwhelmed. And also there wasn’t a valentines update because of the death threats he was was getting for it.

I started playing murder mystery 2 at the end of the Easter event, and well the summer event lasted a long time, I even started to get discouraged from playing :( I've never seen the normal lobby without being decorated 😢
