To young Dan, Dude if you see dose escalation in phase 1 trials in oncology , this is comparatively easy.

I started as an oncology study coordinator. I am now a principal CRA. Most of my career is in oncology. I dont find it any harder than other studies. RECIST is not that complicated. There are rules but ultimately it is just basic math.

Hi, Could you please share more about monitoring of oncology clinical trials? your videos are very helpful to study about monitoring and actually applying these lessons at my job. So I am doing data review for a onc study and would like to have more tips about it.

Good morning Dan, I am a huge follower. Well I work as in a compounding pharmacy and I have finished a CRA training. I asked my employer of a possibility of a position in research, obviously they're not yet into clinical research but they want to meet up with me to see how to start something. What areas do you think a compounding pharmacy would delve into in clinical research? Thanks

Maybe a site in the pharmacy. Check out my site and click open a clinic

Hi Dan, I have been watching a lot of your videos off late. Thank you for helping ppl like us. Basically i Hold a masters degree in biotechnology and M.phil in biotechnology from India. I am a home maker, living in the USA for the past 9 years. I recently gained my GC, so I am eligible to work. I have started applying for jobs. Nobody considers my application due to my lack of my experience. Clinical research interests me very much. So I recently applied for volunteering in an ocology trial n a hospital. What do you think about this move? Do You think Is it a good idea to volunteer in clinical research to gain an entry to clinical research studies in oncology? Thanks in advance.

It is funny how these people are making so much money while I have more academia than them trying to get into research completely dominated by unprofessionals. It is funny how he is struggling to explain tumor/oncogenesis and spread while I have much more knowledge-seeking an entry-level position. Worst, these idiots don't hire somebody like me since they fear somebody with higher education than them will leave them in the dust.

Don’t be bitter; just be better. If you truly are better - you wouldn’t have to tell everyone - we would know from your results.

Lol, it's funny how you define the channel owner as an idiot while he wrote a book, holds a channel with shit tons of videos, infos and insight in clinical research, helping people like you to get into it for free. If you are trained as you say you are you should be able to get an interview and get hired right? wrong, because your academic knowledge has zero value without practical experience, you can be a nobel prize in toxicology but if you haven't ever seen a 130 pages Onco protocol, then know how GCP works in the Sponsor/CRO/Site dynamics related to that, you have no place in this industry. Sorry for the hard truth.

Experience triumphs education because all you have is practical knowledge as applied to real world knowledge. What a sad excuse you are to not even understand the difference. Someone needs an attitude adjustment instead of acting like a victim 😂 there’s plenty of professionals out there that will wipe your piss poor education (that can’t even get you a good job) out of the water.
