It doesn't need a nerf, the damage is high because you are underlevel, not only they have maximum damage because they are level 13, you have less HP, so you think that the damage is busted. Not to mention that the talents for Monkey King is the stacking one. In hindsight, Monkey King is the weakest of all the Legendary, even against the new hero, June. If you fight this guy again when you are max level and max talent, you can easily defeat it.
