Govt jobs, medical(NEET/MBBS), engineering and tech(IITS/NITS etc) and cricket ko bhi include kar sakte hai. Baaki aur kuch hai hi nahi India mai. That's why aap dekhoge STEM jobs mai all over the world Indians bohot hai. Kahi bhi chale jaao, indian doctors and engineers bohot milenge.

I tried wrestling in my school time cycled 40 km in up down till 1 year being a middle class what I got in this process injury in my shoulder and knees that gives me pain till now I don't have money to treat my injury I left wrestling and started doing yoga to treat it and started preparing for government jobs and presently I have my injury a wrestling kit, books and unemployment.

Aapka hi line hai "Never work on your weakness". Medal aane se GDP pe kya farak padta hai. Our focus should be to develop and industrialise our country. We should use our strengths. Winning medals shouldnt be our focus, it is again "focusing illusion". Kenya mostly wins athletic competetions yet it doesnt impacts their development in a practical sense. Also when you look at the medal winners, most have supporting families. Jab roti kapde se upar uthega desh toh young generation pe paisa kamane ka pressure kam hoga jisse vo sports khel payega. 8:27 You bring up another good point about food. My view is that India is highly mistaken that traditional cooked food is very healthy. Especially the parent and the grandparent generations. They think oil fried items like aalo wada, bhajiya etc... is very healthy compared to the modern junk food. While on the other hand the younger generation is completely drowned in western junk food like burgers and pizza. And the daily home food with oily gravies, excessive spices and empty carbohydrates (chapatis and rice) don't count under very healthy food.

You are right. Haryana Punjab walo ki diet jyada nutritious hai. Ghee doodh yahan k log sabse jyada khate hai. Gujarat me mai reh chuka hu and wahan ka local food bhot hi bekar hai ( i dont want to be disrespectful). For example sab cheej me sugar daal dete hai jo naturally bhookh kam kar dega. Namkeen ki sabji kha lete hai. And other normal foot bhi North k mukable kam nutritious hai.
