I don't think label MN failed. Because it was never a primary business for both of them. Shobhit was the owner of label MN business, and he used to pay royalty to Nikhil. They both have different business or source of income and they are busy with that. They started this venture as a side income, with a attitude like jitne din chalta hai chalne do, phir band kardo and shift to some other business. So they both knew about the future and they both made some money out of it. So it is not a failure until they booked losses or inventory remained unsold.
