Another translation "My Lord, make this a secure city and provide its people with fruits - whoever of them believes in Allah and the Last Day.” 📍Now, what so genius about this? ::A safe city and a peaceful city directly implies good education,economy,justice system. How? Well peace in a city means that there is no majority or groups of ppl who are suffering from hunger, ignorance, lack of justice etc. That is secure and safe from all perspectives. ::Fruit means that the economical situation is good. How? Bcz Arabian land is a land of dessert. So fruits there means that the imports are good. The financial status of this country is good. And in arabic literature fruit also indicate good ending as "the fruit of your hard work" means good results of your hard work. :: And in the end, Ibrahim a.s asked for all of these things only for the ppl who had imaan. Bcz economical power should be given to good ppl who fear Allah. Who will not abuse thier power and turn this land into a dangerous city.

Recently I've started thinking about my future kids and their kids and so on so forth. What was really anxiety inducing was the fact that I kept thinking about whether those kids would believe in Allah like I do have strong Iman or would they be rebellious. I didnt know how exactly I should I make dua to Allah to grant me good kids but now I do. I have got a rough idea of what I should ask for using the dua of Ibrahim (AS). I'm a fairly young person (not sharing my age here) and although I'm not going to get married soon I do think about my future offspring. Jazakallah ustadh for putting these snippets here. I'm on a winter break and I wish if I could afford bayinnah tv. I still cannot 🙁🙁 because its 3× more expensive from my place and we like most people are going through financial crisis. I have no idea how are we surviving. These clips do help me learn a few things and I'm extremely grateful for that.

Assalamualaikum ustaad I have a question here, hope it gets answered. I'm from Pakistan and you're from Pakistan, so you know the economic situation and how majority is corrupt even at the lowest level. So, you said bad economy won't let us focus on Islam and ultimately make us survive by any haram or halal means necessary. How can we help ourselves in this situation now so that we don't get screwed at the day of judgment? And I think it'd be a lame excuse that we had to survive or something like that.

Obsession with subjective violence, acts of assault, murder, terror etc gets our eyes off the symbolic violence embodied in language (there’ll this affliction where word of mouth will cut deeper than sword, Hayatabad,Peshawar for illustration), and the catastrophic functioning of our political and economic systems. A governing system is continually indebted to to the violence that established it…like people buying government securities for state to pay their minions.. Nauman has no idea of this indebting and surplus…and as one comment has suggested Pakistan floods, where did it come from if not from language employed to rationalise the surplus object-which antiquity mystified-by precisely making it countable
