Now let's talk about the minuses. I'll start. 1.- MX Linux has no distro-upgrade path. So new release mean wipe and re-install.

MX Linux XFCE is the one I use at work & is the one who runs the best on my HP ProBook 655 G1 Laptop, MX Linux is also very good for beginners, cheers!

I am using it for about a week and i so far it's run really smooth and stable,i alwayś run debian, mint xfce and ubuntu studio but MX linux is now on my go to list as one of my favorite distro i can recommend,tnx and cheers

My daily driver. Quick and very stable. Running on Wayland? That's impossible because Xfce has no wayland support yet.

Greetings,if you run MX linux with KDE you can run wayland,but most of wayland is still very beta and i could not care less about it!What i really care about is Pipewire audio subsystem and i alwayś run Xfce desktops anyway with Xorg,X11 and it runs amazing!Wayland is "ON THE WAY" since 2015 and i am done waiting for it!tnx for your comment and enjoy MX linux,Cheers from Alex

It is called Conky, in the menu look for MX Conky, it has a menu option "Conky Manager" then play with it until you find the one you like, I advice you to make first a snapshot of your system with timeshift or the equivalent just in case before playing with Conky, cheers!
