My current house help is just amazing. She is not perfect. This is her first job as a house help. But she has a very good and teachable spirit. Am really avoiding to get emotionally attached, but as long as she is under my roof, i will do anything for her. She has been with us for just a little over a month but she has made my baby thrive is such a short time. My girl is happier, bubblier and more intelligent. I got her just after a toxic one left me dry and hanging, in the middle of the week. I just thank God for her.

I thank God for my current househelp Treza, I have had her for since 2019. Very good with the kids, good cook and very clean. Luo girl. I also had an amazing house girl who was replaced with the current one. Janet was so amazing, very jovial and loveeeed my son. She came to my house and my son's homa just stopped.we used to visit the hospital every week before she came. Thanks sana Nanjala.

For me I would say I have had 4 great DMs and the current one too. So 5. The first one stayed for 2 years, then no. 2 stayed for 4 years , then no.3 for 2 years. no. 4 for 2 months and then current one is at 2 months also. I am really praying that she stays for a while. I thank God for these ladies and even for the ones that were not so good, they have shaped me to become a better person and a more open minded person.

Hallo sue,, I have been working as a house maid for a long time so to say!!! Let me tell you out of experience,,,, no house girl enjoys moving from one house to another. They also realize they waste a lot of time doing so. What I have seen in some homes sue?!! from being woken up at 3. AM to wash cars and Being locked outside on weekends when they are not around. Even to the middle of the night!!!! I decided to become an agent to also try speaking for house helps. I wish You grant me an interview

My mom hired a house help when I was in primary school. I think she stayed with us since I was in class 2 upto 6.thats like 5 years.she was a day back.and she was awesome. We used to come home and find tea.our uniforms were great.she is the only help who did not run away because of our arrestt season. My mom is a natural farmer and after harvest.we all used to work on the drying of cereals and storage...she's the only one who stayed. She left to get married in Elmore I think.she once issued u with shopping. During her stay My mom taught her how to crochet....

Hi Suzy. Mine is great and like my daughter. Been with us since January 2012. Great with my 9 year old boy..and my 24 year old gal's partner in crime. From Western as well. Not every day is super but I overlook the weaknesses and capitalize on the strengths. After all, am not perfect either.

I had the best from Tanzania. Her name was Tina and she was such a good soul... She left because she got pregnant ☹️ and had to go back home in TZ... She later passed away while at home after some years... We miss her todate like 15 years later...

I had a good house help who worked for me for almost six years until I made a mistake of bringing different relatives in and out of our home to stay with us,,,, they poisoned her mind and she started disrespecting me untill I couldn't take it anymore,,, the worst experience I have had is not with house helps but with visitors especially relatives,,, I feel like I don't want to entertain visitors in my home,, now that I have a new house help who is also good,,, she has been with me for almost a year,,

My best came when I was 7months pregnant...she was super awesome!..most amazing help. Stayed for 3yrs...I released her as she had outgrown my house(Skillwise). I am DM placement agent,a better opportunity came up,and i couldnt think of a better person than her. ..right at the same time,her sis had cleared form 4,perfect transition.. Amazing sisters,the mum has done a really good job with them especially on respect and boundaries manenos

I have had one who was so good. Kujituma Nini nini, loved her job and the child. Mind you nilimtoa kwa bureau. She was really nice. Unfortunately she got pregnant a year after living with us, I however allowed her to continue living with us until she was 8 months pregnant and left to give birth. Dearly missed
