Those are some nice looking boots. I have never heard of that brand I usually buy is a much cheaper more utility brand called Readhead. They don’t look that good but they are cheap and last several years. This was a nice video for their quick customer service just hopefully this second pair holds up better.

That's why you don't need cheesy glued boots. Buy the ones with the stitching to a leather sole. You bought crap. Get your money back. Good boots can be resoled and used for life.

You really need to get your money back. A new pair will do the same thing. Cutting them before you get your money or another pair is totally stupid in my opinion.
