bhai tyo time ni testai thiyo,Hunting was indeed a common stuff for royalties and elites worldwide in the past. Even commoners did hunt deer, wild boar and others. For instance, a lot of Nepali people own deerskin for religious purpose hitherto. On the brighter side, hunting diplomacy was a very effective means of connecting with the world powers in the past. Many achievements of Nepali diplomacy in Rana era can be attributed to hunting diplomacy in my view. In later days, it was rather kind of culling rather than hunting. You could have added the case of Gokarna Forest too, which was a hunting spot of Nepali royalty back. Another thing, your mention regarding Dhorpatan Hunting reserve that no Nepali has ever hunted there has a flaw. Nepali royalties too hunted there. You may go through 'दरबारको दुःखान्त' for reference.

no i disagree because there were some kings who loved hunting and killing those innocent and meanwhile some rulers were just doing it occasionally just for the shake for taking forwards the culture and tradition, so there we can see a clear difference although we cannot shame them by comparing with today's time but we can still draw out the clear distinction between those rulers who loved killing and who didn't

As I remember my great grand dad use to work as a animal care in national park. We had deer skin,few antlers,rotten elephant trunk and rhino skins which use used for rituals. It might illegal to own sich thing but that was family legacy thing so.

Time nae testo thiyo,Hunting was indeed a common stuff for royalties and elites worldwide in the past. Even commoners did hunt deer, wild boar and others. For instance, a lot of Nepali people own deerskin for religious purpose hitherto. On the brighter side, hunting diplomacy was a very effective means of connecting with the world powers in the past. Many achievements of Nepali diplomacy in Rana era can be attributed to hunting diplomacy in my view. In later days, it was rather kind of culling rather than hunting. You could have added the case of Gokarna Forest too, which was a hunting spot of Nepali royalty back. Another thing, your mention regarding Dhorpatan Hunting reserve that no Nepali has ever hunted there has a flaw. Nepali royalties too hunted there. You may go through 'दरबारको दुःखान्त' for reference./

This is awful.They should not be allowed to hunt any animal.Those animals do not born in large number like mosquitoes, they have long birth time and fixed number like tiger only bear 2 to 6 cubs in his life time.Because of their worse habit we lose large number of rhino and other animals tiger species like cashpain, javain and tasmanian has extinct from world, even Asian lion as also endangered.
