I have the Future 5.1 (the yellow-black one), it's the most comfortable football boots I've ever had but it falls apart pretty quickly. The outsole separated from the upper after like 3-4 months. Maybe that's why these boots are cheaper than the other competitors on the same class, build quality isn't their strongest suit

I've been playing/coaching for 45 years. This is the most comfortable boot I have ever worn. I have arthritis in my left big toe; therefore, need a wide toe box boot. These are perfect...they are wide in the toe and provide lockdown/stability in the mid-foot. I normally wear a 10.5 US and 10 US fit me perfectly as these boots run long in the toe. I like the laceless aspect simply because I can leave the laces untied for about the first 10 minutes without stability issues. It allows the shoes to loosen to my wide feet before I lace up. I am a die-hard Adidas boot guy...Puma has done a great job with this boot.

@@flash-mk7ch More then 10cm is consider having wide feet. I sure recommend this boots, even the 2.3 is excelent if you do not want to spent the 200usd on the 1.3. Once you select the correct size and go through the brake in process, after that this shoes are amazing. You can not go wrong either with the 2.3 or the 1.3.

@@xdave4277 I can’t speak for Dawid but this is quite honestly one of the most comfortable boots I’ve ever worn. They are on a level of comfort as a full leather boot. The only complaint I have is a slight bit of stud pressure but that’s it.

They are definitely a good option for flat feet but have a weird shape I’ve noticed and are kind of uncomfortable. I love the Nike tiempo legend 9 elites for flat feet as the mercurials are not great . Best boot imo for flat feet,. Super comfy

Hey brother I have also got flat feet and I have tried decent number of shoes but the best one for me was Nike mercurial superfly 7 Pro it was just fantastic it made my foot shapes feel like a normal foot and I was feeling very connected to it due to the anatomical sole plate and to be honest nothing fits like a mercurial and I have a question if anyone can answer that if there is a anatomical sole plate on the superfly 8 Pro version or not

For me by far the most comfortable football boot this year absolutely love this boots first put my feet in them and It was like a glove and a great upper way better than the addidas speedflow which I first wore instantly i had blisters and felt really uncomfortable.

Son has ultras and futures he has wide feet compared to the future the ultra midfoot is a bit snugger, but laying them on top of a future they are almost identical in width. My son although says the midfoot is tighter. Which makes sense since the ultra does not have that flynight going from side to side. So the future gives more in the middle making it more comfortable in his opinion. My son's midfoot is rather "fat" so either can work for wide feet, but the future has more give in the material. My son likes his futures over his ultras. Although, he did really enjoy the almost weightless feel of the ultras. Hope this helps.

I bought these true to size (I have a very very wide mid foot so I usually have to go up a half or full size for football boots.) the right boot fits me perfectly and I love them, however my left one is completely unwearable. They have given me the worst blisters I have ever seen. This might be because they are too big in the toe box but I’m not sure.

I didn’t have this problem with Tiempos due to the leather, and wide profile. Out of interest, what do you use as an alternative to this? They slightly reduced the width of the boot across the tip of the toes which was a huge disappointment for someone with rectangular feet. There also seems to be less lateral stability in comparison to the 1.2s, and I can noticeably feel the cleat moving underneath my feet as I plant for a shot or cut during a sprint. Overall pretty disappointed in these.

my feet are 28 cm in length exactly translating to about a UK 10 (27.9 cm). The size variation is a bit different for this model I've heard so I wanna know should I go a size down? There is no option for going half a size down/up so either I go for a UK 10 or a UK 9 (27.1 cm). Even tho theoretically going a size down is literally 0.9 cm smaller than my feet size, these shoes seem to be pretty wide and I've been told that they come in a little bit of extra length from the ordered size. Going a size up is definitely out of the option because I've tried an adidas boot in a store before and there was way too much space at my toes. There weren't any Puma stores with stock so I've tried UK 10 sizes of adidas boots too. One of them fit perfectly and the other one feels a bit uncomfortable for my big toe. These Puma shoes seem pretty big and as mentioned, heard to be bigger than the size given despite the snug feel on the upper laces part. I don't think a UK 9 would be a good idea anymore but I'm ordering the Puma online. Is it a good idea for a UK 10 or not? As I've never tried them on before

If you don’t mind the extra tool box space go for the predator freak sg . If you want something a little padded tiempo legend 9 are excellent sg boots. And if u r a speed player want something so light you can go for ultra1.3 or phantom gt2 or I wouldn’t recommend the x tho they seem not too comfy to me for sg and they’re pretty low

I am using them for 3 months, and I don't like them. I used to own the mercurial vapor pro 12, and this is even worse than that! I don't know how you are saying this is the best boot you could buy. Far from it! I wear size 9, and these are too long on the front side. I don't think sizing down would help, because othewise the fit is okay. I am getting blisters on my big toe on right foot. Also, the two shoes fit differently on different foot. Left foot back part is too snug/tight. I get pain after I play with them. I would not recommend wasting 200$ on them. There is a reason Puma is a cheaper brand than Nike/Adidas. I will try to get the next mercurial vapor.

you should look for the length of feet in centimetres in the sizing chart, this would greatly help you, you can first measure your feet and then you can order by that measurement

If it helps, I wear a size 11.5 in regular shoes. Tennis shoes,work boots, etc. average foot shape, not wide not narrow not flat not arched, just a meh foot. I bought the 11.5 future z 1.2, they were WAY too big (over an inch of material extra from my big toe to the tow to the football boot) and Ended up getting adidas predator freak 1s in a size 11 as the futures weren’t in stock in an 11. They fit perfectly, with roughly under a half inch of space from big tow to boot tip which is what I prefer. I just picked up a pair of the future z 1.3 in 11 today and am wearing them around the house to test the fit. So far they seem to run small length wise. My big toe is right up against the end of the boot, and I may end up exchanging them for the 11.5. It’s really snug, not uncomfortable, but tighter than I prefer for the length of The boot. I will say that the comfort of the rest of the boot is freaking unreal. Even with the snugness of being too small. Way better than my predator freaks and miles ahead of the future 1.2 I returned.

If they’re a quarter size long and you order half a size down, that would make them too small for a lot of people. For most people, including myself, sticking with your normal size will work best, and for some, extra bit of length will make for a perfect fit.
