I'm from chattisgarh (Raigarh) The major problem here is that the youth is very unaware about future career opportunities and different fields of work and are blindly follow few very competitive or outdated career opportunities and the youth here has zero interest in startups and business Another main reason is the slow and corrupt system, the roads are fixed few months before election, the water quality is very poor , no one is talking about the decreasing aur quality specially in Raigarh and the biggest problem liquor which is few footsteps away from every household 😞 Chhattisgarhies are very polite and innocent people but this liquor culture and lack of awareness has become a big boulder in the past of future development 🙂 By the way great content sir

I am from Kawardha, Chhattisgarh, few reasons as per my experience: 1) Congress & BJP both government are not interested to provide government jobs. 2) Private jobs are not available for youths & no major private investment. 3) Students & youngsters are consuming Alcohol & Ganja in each village. 4) Government is only focusing on vote bank. 5) Corruption by politicians. 6) Ameer aur ameer ban rahe & gareeb aur gareeb bante ja raha h . 7) Gundagardi etc..

It is not possible for government to provide govt jobs to everyone. We don’t have industries startups and mncs corporate houses here. If jobs are readily available i don’t think so youth will waste thr golden years in the govt job preparation because more than 80% of govt job aspirants are those who could not get any job right after graduation. So we need job creation by secondary sector more than anything.

Chhattisgarh, jharkhand and odisha are three of the least talked states of India. All of these 3 states are rich in minerals and the citizens here too are open minded who are willing to adapt the change . But the governance is very corrupt and I'm not only talking about the politicians but the government officials and covil servants on different governmental posts , from education , sports , police , judiciary , construction etc to all different posts . Naxalism also played a huge role in the backwardness of these states.

I am not a domicile of Chhattisgarh but right now studying in Bilaspur one of the biggest city of Chhattisgarh and corruption is too high, that being being a part of smart City still there is no basic facilities available there like clean roads, public sanitization and toilets and so on. Bhai corruption is there because normal residents of Chhattisgarh are very idle and lazy and unaware of their basic necessities . Most of the political leaders are from different states specially from up and Bihar and they have come here to earn by corruption only instead of developing the state . They only want to make mockery of our state standards and system . Normal chattisgarhiya people are so less educated and coward that they can't even fight for their rights . They just want two time meals and wine bottle for their life . 37% men of chattisgarh are addicted to alcohol which is the second highest after telangana . But telangana men actually are educated and they are most drinking with earning good income . But here chattisgarhiya men earn through daily labour work or agricultural work and they spend the whole earning on alcohol . Women are so pressurised by men and inlaws and so much backward here in even big cities of chattisgarh that they can't even argue with their husbands . Husbands thrash them and beat them . Women are taught to be behave like sati Savitri everywhere which is one of the reasons of poverty of chattisgarh as they are only treated or asked to behave like pet of their husband who can act as per their husbands . These things make women very underconfident and hesitating due to which here in our state there is no value of chattisgarhiya ladies in important decisions or outside work .ladies here are mostly asked to take care of household . They are never allowed to live as per their wishes .there is no respect for women thoughts or women private space or their wishes . If there is girl who is not good in studies her family members start finding groom for her at 21 yrs of age .the family members here don't think of sending girls to learn some courses like programming marketing management logistic management outside to Delhi Mumbai . Even families here don't like their girls to become flight attendant or make up artist or anchor or dance studio owner .I haven't seen any make up artist or flight attendant who is from chhatisgarh ally life . Their family members never ask what she want to do .when does she want to marry . She is just pressurised to marry a man of their caste . Most of the chattisgarhiya girls are always burdened by their fathers and other male figures to marry otherwise . Girls who do fashion or wear Western dresses or try to wear are called characteress by their own family members and fathers amd they are banished from meeting boys or make male friends because it would ruin their family name .but same time boys are allowed to do everything from drinking alcohol to bunk their classes . Girls and wives are treated here like objects to lock in their houses . That's why most of the girls here look like old fashioned and dehati and underconfident when they come out of their houses because they don't get to learn from their friends who are from other states like Bengali bihari Telugu Marathi Gujarati Sindhi Punjabi . And then girls somehow marry a boy of their own caste who is less salaried and then this way problems start one by one from own house to inlaws house . I am a chattisgarhiya and I know these things in our state. Chattisgarhiya people don't like to learn anything from others . They are so much lazy and they only think to earn money enough to eat dal bhaat ( rice) . Other states mentality is to excel is whatever field they like .they like to compete others and surpaas them be it in sports arts culture painting singing dancing studies business politics . They try to learn . They think about their children studies first and they try to make them employable . People of chattisagarh are diametrical opposite to people of other states . That's why we are getting poor. People don't want to enter into politics . Most of the MLA mps are from up and Bihar here . And everyone knows how much corrupted up bihari politicians are as what they had done to Bihar . Bhupesh baghel was good leader and was restoring the culture of chattisagarh and was trying to develop step by step . And then came Vishnu dev Sai who is tribal man and for tribal people alcohol is must and he also said that alcohol can't be banned from chattisgarh .now online home delivery is getting started through app in Chattisgarh and no action is being taken by our leaders . Here there are no activists or socialists who can take steps or protest in our state . People mostly are selfish here . And people from other states are more selfish .they only protest when something bad is happening in their life only . For eg if there is teacher recruitment is getting stopped only b.ed teachers will protest or raise their voice. If there is scam related to cgpsc only cgpsc aspirants would raise their voices . Those from other states also only think about their job their work their recruitment in Chattisgarh govt. Most of the children and men also when asked from where they belong they would say they are from Patna Kolkata nagpur mp kanpur Banaras Lucknow Andhra even though they are born here and studied here and their family migrated here two to four generations ago . They would feel shame to relate themselves to chattisagarh but they don't feel shame to use resources and take jobs in Chattisgarh .outsiders mostly are selfish .locals are selfish in their own way .they just need their daily wage or two time meals or various incentives or free meal instead of good education ,good roads ,good medical facilities and colleges . I hardly see any protests here for the preservation of local culture or protest against alcohol or domestic vilonce or any illegal activities . People who are less educated or poor or backward who are burdened by social issues are refused and those who are rich and highly educated are also there who are enjoying and living good life . Weaker people are neglected under burden of alcohol ,poverty ,social injustice ,orthodox beliefs ,women inequality etc . I havent seen any chattisgarhiya highly educated leader who talks for the upliftment of chattisgarhiya people or bring people together to educate or spread awareness amongst chattisgarhiya people . Most of the leaders here are themselves are less educated .also there was no proper news channel or journalism in Chattisgarh which can increase media . This channel bhilai times is atleast the first channel which gives all types of news. We need these type of media in all cities . Chinese leader or president in 1970s transformed the china from poor country to the second richest country in the world . We need such visionary leader who in Chattisgarh . Only alcohol ban can save chattisgarh . I have visited many villages of chattisagarh and 4 kms from my house various daru bhatti are there where hundreds of chattisgarhiya labourers assemble after work everyday. I don't see labourers from Orissa or up or Bihar in such daru bhatti . Bihari workers are so much labourous that they work till midnight daily from morning and chattisgarhiya labourers only work for 6-7 hrs and drink and sleep .

Adarsh bhai, I belong to Durg, Chhattisgarh, first of all thanks for such a good content. Some of the points are bang on but some needs correction. My take on is as below, 1. Not only CG but whole India is fighting with unemployment. But CG's unemployment is different, here manpower supply is good but job availability is low whereas in other states manpower is huge. Both Congress and BJP play the dirty politics. At the time of election they will lick your boots with fala fala Ghosna but at the time of delivery they just turn their back to you. 2(a) Poor infrastructure. 24 years have passed since Chhattisgarh came into existence but infrastructures like rail connectivity to southern part (Narayanpur, Bijapur, Kanker, Gariyaband) and Northern part (Koriya, Surajpur, Balrampur, Sarguja, Jashpur) is not even into plan. 2(b). See the roads condition, I agree that in last few years it has improved but construction time is very high. e.g. Raipur Naka overbridge took almost 10 years which is hardly 1 km in length. Road quality is also poor. Most of the villages/town which are very important for the business perspective is connected with Kachha Road. 2(c). Quality Education - when I say quality education it means ensuring Good Teacher : Student ratio, teaching style, diverse courses which is after 10/12th 2(d). No scope for Sports - There is no motivation for sports/athletes. You may have hardly heard any name representing India in any of the sports (Saba Anjum in Hockey). This is due to lack of Infrastructure. When Raman Singh was Chief Minister, there was some enthusiasm for Hockey as we had Hockey Stadium in Raipur and Rajnandgaon, but with the time it has faded now. In Durg we have Pt. Ravi Shankar stadium which is now only used for Ravan Dahan. This is just few examples. I am saying this because I have seen zeal in youths for sports but that dies soon. 3. Alcohol consumption - No doubt. But since there is huge money politics will always win this. 4. Freebies - 1000Rs/month - 55Lakh+ Women are benefitting from this. Approx. 550Cr+ are being given away every month which otherwise could have been used for vacant post of Teachers. I mean give job which ultimately will boost your economy when children will get education and then earn money thereby improving GSDP.

I want to draw attention to the situation in Chhattisgarh. No one is poor; every family makes over INR 300K, but in official documents, it shows only around 35K or less. My family's income is 1,100K, but in the income certificate, the Patwari Mahodaya mentioned just 35K annually. This is not just my situation; the mentality is the same for many Indians. In Chhattisgarh, farmers are next-level businessmen. They take loans from banks at the lowest interest rates for agricultural purposes, but they do not use the money for agriculture. Instead, they build new houses and buy new properties, lending to others at a yearly interest rate of 36%. Every Chhattisgarhi who has more than 5 acres of farmland generates an annual income of 1,000K, but in official documents, they are shown as poor farmers earning only 35K or less.

As per govt website Literacy rate is 64.66% & population is in 2023 3crore, clearly yaha ka person capable hai, bas unko opportunity nahi milta. If we talk about the increase in selling price that will definitely not solve the problem instead it can have adverse effects, it will encourage the disguised unemployment so if the rice cultivation will be highly profitable then all the MSME's and cottage industries which are in younger phases may also be attracted towards the agricultural which can lead to the same situation or even worse so we have to make it balanced in economic perspective instead of just increase selling price we have to create advancements in agriculture field that should be the main aim of the state govt so that families can earn sufficiently in agriculture which significantly increase the SGDP and further family can spend the income in several things.

Problems for C.G people: Those who are getting education they are flying away from this state because of no opportunity in the Industries which are running from past 60 years there is no quota for them as a state people. Exams are conducting on the National Basis like for SAIL. And in Education system I had personally suffered from NIT Raipur college systems and with their rules of giving admission for Post Graduation. That seat was lost for the next two years in which I was fully interested to take admission and Also I was having money to Pay the fees but they had not given me the admission for M.Tech and even they did not gave admission to anyone else. Thats the worst part of their system and the teachers, Management who are managing the college are from the other states so they don't feel any kind of pain. And in the Political Context 15 years of BJP was more Vulnerable as compared to the 5years of Congress. so you please donot support or degrade any particular Political party in your videos. For Job in Government Sector you have to work with Placement agency which was Launched by BJP Govt. and muster role concept was demolished by BJP in which Local domicile holders was getting opportunity of getting Jobs in Govt. departments. And in your video you should also show that education system was best in the Bhilai when the schools are runned by Bhilai Steel Plant and there was time IIT JEE 1st Ranker also claimed by Bhilains and there are lots of Scientist who belongs to Chhattisgarh. this state is not that poor and Bad what you are showing in your Video. Few Bad People from other states are coming , getting Big posts in Govt. Sectors and in Politics they are degrading the Whole state. Chhattisgarh people are simple and peacefull community. Naxalism is the way for Making money for the Politicians and not for the people of Chhattisgarh. I have spended 3 years in Jagdalpur so I know this issues. Liquor is just like basic commodity in Chhattisgarh. From every city of district to rural villages desi daru business of old Raman govt and last Baghel govt. Have done nothing but to increase the alcoholism and as the state goes down form things like revadi and alcohol The economy has sort of became a alcohol dependent economy. Due to bad development plans of govt. it has become really tough to tackle the situation
