He is S tier for sure. His pick rate if not getting ban in Japan tournament is 100%. He’s like perfume but with no skill cooldown. I think people don’t pick him because he is hard to play since you have to predict blink.

He is A+ tier imo. Same tier with Acrobat. He has better kiting than Acrobat and Patient but his support is just too bad. He can be a decent rescuer tho.

puppeteer is picked so much in Japan tournament because Ivy is available and he’s a pretty good asset to have against her! However, this does not make him S tier. it’s like how gardener is picked in anti-opera singer team comps despite not being a strong character

Hes a very good character and i think hes s tier being able to take three whole hits but i think he should be able to use louis during tide. People make the argument “oh he feeds the hunter presence.” So does perf, like ten times the amount of presence and same with seer. Puppeteer only feeds a chip hit instead of a basic too.
