Hey alux I have a video suggestion. People and most millennials are stuck with their 9-5 job even if they have high dreams. They can work their as* off for their employeers doing overtime work but they are don't try even a bit for doing what they actually want. If you think this as a good topic to discuss give it a good title. I am actually facing this situation And can't get out of it, but I have few reasons and soon I would try.

Great tips! I love to travel. I personally love hearing other people's stories even if it is a place I have never been to or an experience I have never had. I see it as a way to learn. However, I find when I tell some friends or family about a trip, I tend to be one-word comments like "nice". No questions or real show of interest. I have a family member who will even ask for photos (even if I try not to shove anything down anyone's throat) but I feel she asks for them so that she can criticize. Once I went on a trip with a friend and when I sent her photos she said, "You didn't tell me you were expecting?" I was not pregnant. I had fibroids that I later had surgery to remove. Guess she wanted to in a back handed way let me know I looked fat. Of all the disinterest and comments, she had made on other occasions I thought this one was especially mean-spirited and mentioned to her that she hurt my feelings to which she said, "I was just joking".

I prefer to travel alone. I've already traveled a lot. I was alone 90% of those travels in which I had the most memorable experiences. I prefer to travel alone because I'm free to do whatever I want, walk in my own speed, and be as bold as I can be without considering my travel companion. The disappointing part when I talk about other travelers about traveling is when they've been to so many counties and still doesn't seem to acknowledge and appreciate the diverse culture and character of every race around the world. That it seems like they actually did not become a better person.

It was a comfort to me find out that solo travel is actually the thing this year. I am actually on my way out of the States at the end of December and for a few days I racked my brain wondering which one of these many groups, like of digital nomads is the best to join in one of their trips. I promised myself that 2019 would be the year I start back up with my international travel, and I am on track to do that; however, I wasn't specific about my preference to go it alone or link up. I now realize I can still find a new friend or 2 once I get there going it alone. Alux is always on my wave!!! I will be sure to send a simple postcard to Dad's house here in the States later and leave it at that....instead of producing a full 10 minute narrated montage of 6 or 7 locations.

interesting video, thanks👍 but i think not all travel videos are made for people to watch as main purpose, as for us always traveling in couple is really interesting to create nice travel after movies with music as a memory and leave it on youtube (in case it gets lost on hard disc as well, it will be there on KZbin:D) and in case friends ask how was your trip and what did you see, no need to scroll down all gallery searching for photos can just share youtube link. I know friends who just making videos on the way with phone shaking low quality but interact with viewers and make those videos for them purposely getting many fews within minutes, we still spend days to edit drone, gopro and iphone shots and combine with music, knowing that probably nobody will watch (and the view rate is super low indeed) but we doing it more for ourselves, as overview of a trip, not randomly kept data on different devices

Traveling used to be a worthy adventure, in the 19th century, when there were few cities and destinations. There are cities by the dozen nowadays. That hangover has people flocking to places like Paris and get royally fleeced. Europe in general is a big racket. I enjoyed Amsterdam for the simplicity of their way of life, compared to pompous Parisians. And you could light up in Amsterdam. That is no reason to hop scotch continents any more. Now, the great destinations are the wilds of Nature, getting away from it all, hoofing it for days, and having an entire Cadillac Mountain Range for oneself. No kidding. Few even know of the insane mountain ranges in Africa, for instance. Worth it even if it meant roughing it for days. You really come back rewired. Really Cathartic.

It's obvious that no-one cares. People are social people but this is taking it over the top. Why the hell would I care what someone did if I wasn't there. It's primitive but extremely obvious. Social media is superficial. If you have friends, don't tell them about a mountain which is 4000 kilometers away and doesn't mean anything to you. A story about something that happens socially is far better than a mere picture because while situations are relatable, a mountain isn't. If you really want ro tell people about anoit your travels, write a small article about your travels with a few pictures to transport the emotions and analyse it to understand what it will sound like (never say you had to be there) but if you aren't a good writer - just leave it in your head. You don't travel for your friends, you travel for yourself. Also the goldfish part is an ancient lie that was made up to bypass laws protecting other pets from being held in such a small glass sphere.

I travel because I want to do it. I travel because I like to experience, different cultures and sightseeing. I travel because I do it for me not because of other people. When you travel and do your own thing, most people say they don’t want to be your friend anymore because you’ve outgrown them so far That you’re intimidating every time they do that I’ll be like good. Get the fuck out of here. Traveling also knows who your real friends are and aren’t. People post traveling pictures all the time and get overly excited about being in California Canada, the Eiffel, Tower, Europe, Italy, etc., and they act like it’s the best thing in the world and is if everyone cares but when people post traveling pictures and videos constantly it starts to get annoying And when you meet these people in real life, they really aren’t that special. For me, I have traveling videos to tell stories about it, but mine are actually interesting to talk about as I have stories behind it the description and how it feels and what it’s like unlike others constantly who talk about their instragram. You can thank TikTok for the short attention span. We don’t call it TikTok brain for nothin.
