One of the main reason for this is ‘LONG SPRAY’ era…. Nowadays people use training grounds more as compared to 1.19 update or below

When Snax introduced burst shot, and after that people's mind just boosted to practice like him getting more frags according nowdays, going training grounds, with DP28 or Besically any other DMRs, I think that is a valid reason.

Reason from my POV of not using Sniper in BGMI is as we take close range fight then if i use M4 + UMP or any other AR + AR or AR + SMG or AR + Shotgun or SMG + Shotgun then i can switch my gun at the moment when my primary gun is on reload and i can fire more bullets but using Sniper as secondary weapon then i can't use it in close range fight i have to wait for my primary gun reload to be completed this is my reason why i am not using Sniper in my gameplay

Bro now a days every one is jiggle gyro player. By the time one might hold the pointer to the head the DP user will shoot 4-5 bullets to the chest while running for zone and two of them might connect in the head. Besides PUBG did not solved their desynchronizing problem even though the ping is 24-28ms.

I don't know about others but I don't use snipers anymore because I do sniping with different types of guns except snipers like i use akm or any other assault rifle or Lmg add 6x on top with max zoom i use tapping and kill enemies easily also i can use guns for close range so i do this but snipers still exist in the game and many times they kill me

Main reason is that nowadays everyone is good in controlling M4 6x scope and because of this we can finish the enemy right away without letting them escaped which often happens in case of sniper
