Air does not penetrate a glass window, even a single pane. Heat passes through the glass, not air, unless the window is poorly sealed.

I was watching this video and based on the information you were giving, I thought this video was uploaded at least 30 years ago if it wasn't for two facts, the quality of the image and that KZbin isn't that old. Sorry to be blunt but the information you are giving is common knowledge and old as the hills. It's not even considered new tech because it's more than three decades old.
