About the cycling and pedestrians, the us needs to implement a system where they test a drivers capability on operating a motor vehicle every few years or so, even maybe each year. Because I can tell you from personal experiences that the 1 test you take at 16 if you choose to, does not make you fit to drive in the streets, I’ve even seen people who look like they shouldn’t be driving, driving.

As somone who lives in Oslo, i can confirm that it is basically the safest place you can go. Like, I have never seen any bad car/bike/road accidents. EVER. I think the only bad thing about living here is that it’s Kinda expensive. But that’s just so we can have free school, hospital, college, and so on. Norway really has one of the best systems for n the world😍🇳🇴

Me neither, but I just Googled it and it is actually true. They did it as early as 2013 at Smøla Vannkraftverk where they painted their windmills partially black in an attempt to prevent the birds from flying into them, and it apparently yilded very positive results that showed a decline in the amount of birds flying into them. But I have literally never ever heard of it until now 🤷‍♀️
