I started at 325 Lbs. Thinking i was a complete loser, now I'm at 286, I'm 10 pounds away from the weight i was when i was in my prime and i keep pushing, sometimes the pain is unbelievable, but i press on, taking a bigger challenge each day i got into college i went from loser to nobody and one day, dunno how or when I'll be someone.

My goal is to become a commercial pilot. This video made me realize how much time I’m actually wasting. Even though I work 50 hours a week. It’s not enough. I now just applied for another full time position working into the night. Leaving me with only 5 hours of sleep every night and working 90 hours a week. I listen to motivation ignited every single day. I cut out music and I only listen to this. Not for motivation. To constantly remind myself what I can do. That’s going to ensure I get where I want to go and I feel the fire 🔥 I’m happy and exited to do the things that are hard and I want this world to keep throwing it at me. I wouldn’t have this mindset if I hadn’t come across this. Also can you please give me the name or where you got the back ground sound to this video. It’s such an upbringing constant upward euphoric sound that I would love to use when I meditate. Thank you 🙏
