My question is why her body was still in the house when the note claimed she had been kidnapped. Surely, credence could be lent to that narrative by simply removing the body from the house as the authorities had not yet been called and nobody would have known. There was plenty of time. Also it was the cops who found the body. Either the parents didn't try to find her, or they didn't try hard enough.

No. No criminal in the system matched the DNA they took from the kid's body. If you are not in the system they can't find a match. Fingerprints are commonly sent to the Automated Fingerprint Identification System (AFIS) while DNA fingerprints end up in the Combined DNA Index System (CODIS). DNA fingerprints are kept in forensic profiles of known offenders who have previously been involved in the criminal justice system.

If the police did their job that day and if they would have found JonBenet instead of John, I have no doubt that both the parents would have been convicted of this. But because John found her body and touched the ligatures and pretty much her whole body, then he put her under the christmas tree and threw a dirty lap blanket on her. Patsy was touching her face and kissing her. And because of that, now every bit of DNA found on JonBenet from the parents is explained away. If the cops found Jonbenet and they found Johns DNA all over the ligatures then he would have a real hard time explaining that away

Burke was one of the only (if not the only person) the Police ever actually cleared of the crime back in 1999. The DA"s office said that further DNA testing exonerated the Ramseys parents in 2008, although the Police notably didn't agree with that, but Burke Ramsey is possibly the only person the PD ever definitively said didn't do it.

The evidence was botched from the start and the family had a lot of money to pay off the feds. The mother killed her or the brother did. Look at the mother's body language during interviews as well as the father's. They are CLEARLY defensive, not SAD, not worried, they are hiding what they know. According to one of the houskeepers, the mother had an argument with JB in the bathroom regarding a Christmas outfit. The mother either slapped or pushed the girl and she hit her head. Also, the housekeeper stated that the blanket JB was found in could only have been found by a family member. The ransome note CLEARLY was written by the mother. The brother was treated completely different from JB and is on the spectrum. This case is such a waste of time.

I watched the netflix series on it yesterday and believe it was one of the family members. Somebody there with a sick mind. I dont trust their DNA test- its the note, the broken paint brush used to hurt Jonbenet, and the cord used to strangle her. Those objects should have been tested for fingerprints. Also, Patsy and John barely show any emotion about their daughter. They always have a poker face on- something very wrong with that.

In my younger days, I used to work for rich, privileged people in a very posh town, giving music lessens to their children. Many of these families were surprisingly odd, even dysfunctional at times---parents arguing loudly behind closed doors, kids throwing outrageous tantrums, screaming, dad's had too many cocktails, prescription pill bottles never far from reach. And then a neighbor might knock on the front door, and mom and dad would appear, all smiles, the wife bubbly, the children quieted. It's difficult to describe, but there was always an atmosphere of pretense, of projected images. Just because people have money and success, don't think they are necessarily well adjusted, emotionally or psychologically.

Are you sure you got a non biased account there or was it biased in his favour? Families are always the prime suspects in such cases. Isn`t capturing the killer more important than you own disdain for being a suspect? If you were innocent, it would be.

John Ramsey wasn't doing sheisty things with his kids "to make money," he was the CEO of a Lockheed Martin subsidiary and his Christmas bonus alone was $118K. The brother may not be right in the head because his half-sister died when he was a child, his mother almost died of stage 4 cancer, his sister was brutally murdered in a manner that turned his whole family's lives upside down for decades, his mother then died, and he has been accused on national television of brutally assaulting and murdering his sister with a garotte and a paintbrush when he was only 9 years old. Burke Ramsey and Doug Stine (Burke's best friend) were playing Doctor, and when she screamed one of them hit her too hard and their families covered it up. The boys poked her with the train track (not a stun gun) to wake her up but couldn't. Doug rode the bike home leaving the tracks in the snow explaining why Burke was so adamant he got a bike for Xmas but it wasn't at the house, it's one of the reasons the case is so confusing because it's both an inside job and an outside intruder involved. The parents wiped the Xmas morning video that would have showed the children's presents and even though the Stine's were their closest friends geographically they were the only ones Patsy didn't call up and invite over that morning. The Ramsey's then moved in with the Stines and then both families moved interstate together (the Stines giving up lucrative university jobs) with Glen working for John. Susan Stine was arrested for impersonating the police chief trying to get information on the case and was nicknamed Patsy's Pitbull, all perfectly normal behavior.

No, we don't know who the murderer is...why, do you? You should turn your evidence over to the FBI. Oh, and no, the Ramsey's DNA does not match the DNA from the crime scene. Including Burke's DNA.

They say crime doesn’t pay. But obviously it does in this case.

An yet his DNA is not a match! and he didn't play with his poo, the media made that up because that is what the housekeeper told them but years ago was found out to be false.

Interesting in interviews Jon said he/they didn’t recognize that suitcase and it was not one of theirs but here you say it is the older brothers, I have never heard that

I had the strangest dream a few months ago. I immediately woke up frightened and unsettled that the babysitter was a clue or key? in solving the poor little Angel's murder. I don't know why I would dream of this, as I live in a different country and don't follow this story. I put this dream to the back of my mind until this evening when a story about her appeared in my feed. RIP JonBenét 🙏
