No Carrot Cameo in 1088, which of course sucks, but we might have a shot with 1089 being the first chapter of Volume 108. Also depending on how the Carrot for Ruler scene turns out in the Anime might give us some more info. We still know nothing about Carrot or her backstory, as well as Zunesha's Crime. The reason for Carrot being left behind after nearly 8 years of traveling with the crew with no good bye don't make sense, even Carrot herself points out just how stupid it is, staying in Zou for the rest of the story would be her listening to Perospero, Luffy calls out specifically Pedro after going Gear 5 against Kaido, Wanda points out Pedro's Will, and finally Chopper's Sulong Drug. As for now, I will just enjoy the Manga for what it is and just hope that Carrot will be given the proper return that she oh so deserves.

Nooo you NEED to do the Jinbei and Carrot connections, there's SO MANY for them that you haven't been over. There's so many connections between them, and Kokoro/Yokozuna's connection to Jinbei, as well as Chimney/Gonbe's connection to Carrot. There's still a lot of Hopium left to spread.

Literally nothing in the story itself is pointing towards Carrot not coming back nor not being able to come back whenever, despite what the haters would like us to believe. We just have to be patient.

You with your prediction on 1088 and Gabiru with the possibility of Carrots Mother being Kaidos Ex-4th Calamity and now is the privat servant for Imu. Was disappointed that carrot didn't show up this chapter, but im also a huge coby fan so this chapter was amazing for me, especially after all the coby slander last week it feels good that he proves everyone wrong Anyway my hope for carrot is fading a little but i still have a bit hope

Looks like avolo Pizarro receives the same damage as his island body. Seems as though the island island fruit doesn't give him the same protection as Pica's fruit.

I was expecting that Carrot won't show up in 1088 sadly. Nobody knows when she'll show up or even if she's gonna show up at all. My only whish is that she doesn't reappear TOO LATE in the series because if she does appear at the end of OP, we won't really have more character development or even see her backstory and it will be wasted potential. I don't see Carrot as a side character and she possibly could be important in the future. (Who knows if this is true or not) The only thing we can do is just to wait and hope. Besides that I'll keep watching your videos about OP.

Oda's not gonna derail from the story at hand if it's not finished, just to update us on what Carrot is doing. That would just be weird and forced. He'll get back to Carrot when the time is right.

I mean, that's what the cover stories are supposed to be for. Which is why it's weird that Carrot never got one. While as soon as Kid got one, his ship got destroyed and his crew utterly defeated by Shanks.

A fair argument. This chapter was amazing, and I'm thankful Oda is focusing more on concluding fights like these. We've been begging the man to take his ritalin for decades now. The only reason why people are complaining, is because we're so hung up on the agenda. I'm going to try harder to not let it bother me so much.

Yeah, this sucks, but it was also predictable. Of course I'll hang around, since I still like your chapter reviews. I may not say much on your Sonic vids, but I like those, as well. I'm just not a big fan of platformers. I also don't have a Netflix subscription. I have Hulu instead, and RPGs are more my speed.

Even though Carrot did not appear in this chapter, there is still nothing that has outright confirmed that she has no shot of coming back, as well as a ton of stuff pointing towards her story not being over just yet. At least having 1088 gone at long last means I can go in without any outside expectation.

Well, aside from my "Catarina disguising herself as Yamato" theory. The reason why, is because it would put people off of believing Stussy is working for BB. I actually like Koby tbh, but Honesty Impact is one of the lamest names for an attack ever. I've kind of accepted it, but I hope it was lost in translation. Someone on Brago's stream said the official translation might be True Impact, which sounds better to me. Maybe Koby will represent True Justice? Although, in his defence... isn't one of Zoro's attacks named Rice Ball?

Yes. 'Onigiri' is the move you're thinking of. Oda likes his puns, and that's one of Zoro's trademark techniques. Well, I can take or leave "Honesty Impact". Doesn't really matter what he names the attack when he does that much damage with it.

One more thing that has now weakened the Carrot theories is that even in Sulong form, would she be able to beat Avalo Pizarro, a man with fruit powers that so far has only taken L’s against Garp as well as Garp’s Most Beloved Pupil Koby? And another question arises; Who will fight Avalo if not Carrot? If not her, then Sanji seems like the only valid candidate, who instead of punching Avalo would kick him instead.

Even if she didnt show up this chap, I still belive in Carrot. As for Coby's Honesty Impact, the attacks lacks a specific onomatopoeia that is always present in conqueror haki infused attacks, so it most likely to be just armament haki, very impressive armament, but sadly no CoC (:P).

Btw as of current events chapter 1103 color spread says hello. All the straw hats current and accounted for. Oh and someone else. That’s right it’s Yamato. Why is she there with the rest of the main cast and not carrot, Bonney or vivi?! Hmmm… idk. Maybe it’s purely an accident or just dumb luck by sheer coincidence. Who’s to say.
