If you can reel in the PBMs, then at least you can bring down the costs somewhat. PBMs have trippled their profit over the last 4 years. They are merely using their power like a leech in the system, not providing any value whatsoever. It is crazy nothing has been done about the greed of the PBMs yet, it should be a bipartisan issue. The real issue was the amount of power given to the PBMS in the first place
