People take this dude WAY too seriously sometimes. This rant is top notch. He bashed weed in a super tongue-in-cheek way and even mentioned a ton of terrible things that happen when you go down the alcohol and pill route instead and you still think he's giving real advice? Maybe you've smoked too much weed...then again, I'm high and it's still super obvious he's having fun and just isn't a huge fan of stoners in their 30s+ who let it define them. You can all still smoke. Relax. If you think he's 100% serious and wants you to do pills you're who he's making fun of.

Tim talking about how you can remain an asshole on psychedelics is so damn true. You can have revealing experiences that you let wash over you, or you can aggressively fight it. Don't fight it if you're alone, having equally high friends cheer you on is 1000x better than realizing nobody was watching. I used to think psychedelics made people more empathetic. I think some people just take it to build a tolerance to the judgement and negativity of others.

@StagedHooper if you want a natural alternative kratom works better for pain then weed. Big pharma pays search engines and shill academics to smear kratoms name though because it cuts into their pain killers and methadone profits. Check out forums and get people's anecdotal experiences. Just take tolerance breaks regularly and you'll be fine. Very easy to taper if you go a little too long without a tolerance break too.

For anyone who hasn't heard this yet, if you have the time today, I would recommend clicking the link to the full show in the video description and going to the timestamp 36:48 -- the rant that is clipped here by Tim Dillon Show Clips (appreciated the clip!) had this really long drawn out buildup to it that has some hilarious lines in it. He starts this all out talking about how he feels sad and weird going on Tik Tok and how he can't relate to anyone born after 9/11, then goes into a rant on old people using Facebook, then to how you should embrace the material world and all that nature hippy stuff is for the birds, then finally gets to this rant in the last 15 minutes or so. It's well worth the full listen IMO

That's propaganda. I went to a dispensary a couple states away, and 98% of customers I saw there that day were 40 to 50 years old. No shame on their faces.

@@tigermedz No shame in some weed. Addiction's a real issue though
@tigermedz

@@QSkyhawk yeah, I smoke right when I get up for the day, maybe a joint or 2 bowls, and I'm able to do my thing, and then again maybe 4 to 5 hours later and rinse and repeat. If you don't have a tolerance you get dumb when you do smoke. So my question is do you think tolerance and addiction go hand in hand?
@QSkyhawk
@QSkyhawk 2 жыл бұрын
@@tigermedz Whatever floats your boat Idk. If you're always high I hope you sober up to drive at least. I was daily smoking 15 years never felt it was an issue. I was a work horse though. Long term heavy weed use has it's downsides mentally and physically though and some people with the wrong genes go mental. To answer your question though yes they go hand in hand
@tigermedz
@tigermedz 2 жыл бұрын
@@QSkyhawk yeah I don't smoke to the point I can't drive. And if I do I sit a while and get some food. But smoking daily doesn't = being baked all the time. It needs to still be used responsibly. I just believe daily use is doable if you have a tolerance and discretion.

Ketamine and LSD trips can give you ego death for a few mins to an hour or so. But a several dozen month long pain pill _habbit_ (as you call it), will give you a prolonged ego death that is unattainable by anything else outside of becoming a upstate NY monk after high school. I recommend it to anyone considering college so those years can pass you by and you settle working with family or going back to community college.

@@darkuncle77 you have to manage your dosages and time it so it doesn't interrupt your sleep. Ingest enough protein, so you can replenish the precursors to dopamine. Adderall unnaturally boosts dopamine transmission for a period of time, so it is important to keep that in mind when deciding to take it.
