There is absolutely no doubt over Barrister Bashani’s wisdom, sagacity and experience. It’s pointless to go beyond his analysis. The problem however is that with each passing day Pakistan becomes less and less of a sovereign country and more of a medieval feudal territory being a vassal of China. The few feudal elites who control Pakistan refuse to see beyond their selfish interests and have no intention of defining and following the interests of its citizens. In this situation it is fulfils to expect any reason from within Pakistan. Besides Pakistan single handedly pollutes the concept of Islam and kind of forces a sort of clash of civilisation. The only solution , therefore, lies in changing the existence and ideology of Pakistan, by force if necessary. The international community must realise the threat Pakistan poses to the future of the world. There should be a Westphalia type of international consensus to deal with Pakistan.

Article 370 was in the Indian Constitution which gave some special dispensation to J&K which included PoK and GB. If Pakistan recognises Article 370, it means it recognises that J&K is part of India.

Arvind ji Namaskar, Whichever way I listen, collect data and analyze it always comes down to a single root cause for all these conflicts - Islam. The way this religion is codified, structured and driven will always create conflicts and violence. The sufferers from this religion are both Islamists and nonbelievers. People who benefit from conflicts (including Western powers) propagate and promote radical Islam. Its an archaic and regressive cult which needs to be modernized and reformed if humanity's sufferings were ever to be alleviated. Question is how does the world unify and reform this cult? Probably the first step is for the world to realize the dangers of Islam and reform itself. The next step could be similar to what China is doing in Xinjiang or something else?

Pakistani leadership keeps saying that they want to "Free Kashmir" ... but what that country needs is "Freedom *from* Kashmir". Think about it: The fortunes of 230 Million Pakistans have been frozen because their leaders are preoccupied with what is happening to 12 Million in Indian-administered Kashmir. Even this would be somewhat meaningful if it were a sincere concern but unfortunately (for Pakistani people), this is a fabricated issue. At this very moment, there are 4-6 Million Kashmiris living a life of mere subsistence in Pakistan-administered Kashmir. Nobody in Pakistan has cared for their upliftment. Similarly, there are *12.5 Million Baloch citizens of Pakistan* whose miseries have not caught the attention of the leadership. It is quite evident that Kashmir is merely a hot-button that the leadership uses to electrify (or electrocute?) the people and make them overlook the ACTUAL DERELICTION of duties of the leadership.

Bhashani ji, In 1947 India was divided on the basis of two nation theory. But even after division lots many Muslims stayed back in India, Now a days nationalist party is ruling country and they will not compromise over J&K.but it may be likely Pakistan may loose POK and GB in near future. In my opinion if Pakistan put forward a proposal that if india give us J&K then Pakistan will accept all Indian Muslims, then government may agree such deal. Now it is up to Pakistan, how to gain or loose J&K, POK and GB.

Brilliant Bhashani has identified negotiated settlement through dialogue. The dialogue will proceed on religious division lines that is unacceptable to India because it endorses the two nation theory. To the best ot my understanding the partion of India was made to look like that Hindus and muslims can't stay together and the two nation theory came into existence ... Researches however state that this was an excuse, the reality was that America and Britain did not want to lose their access and control of geologically rich central Asia and stop advancement of the then USSR. So they they added fuel to the animosity between the two warring religious factions and divided India. From the day one of the division of India, Americans and the Europeans favoured Pakistan as it was perceived to be the gateway to central asia while India thankfully became non aligned and gradually drifted towards he then USSR.
