The reason why they aren't getting the Visa is the current situation of Pakistan as illiterate villagers, even a bus driver, rickshaw driver wants to go abroad for a better life. Europe has stopped all the illegal immigration, therefore Turkey is also closing it's visa for Asian foreigners.
