Every upcoming building specially commercial should be made compulsory to have underground parking in panjim, where dey can also collect parking fees from outsider(apart frm building) vehicle

This problem is faced in all tourism areas of Goa, because commercial establishments are blindly given permission without showing their parking space, where most do not have parking for their tourists. . The onus then falls on the local residents, who have their gates blocked, no parking,traffic jams, honking and public nuisance of drinking, littering, urinating shouting, caused by tourists ,during odd night time hours too. This leads to confrontation between the locals and tourists. Before calling for more tourists, government needs to set these areas right, and put police OR more tourist force in such areas and only then give more commercial licenses. This is an iconic n prime location, ministers n builders n other lobbies are waiting to buy out locals from their lands. Locals needs should be priority, then tourists, a destination which does not respect it's locals is a dying destination.
