I live in Menifee. I have a realty license but I am a senior and I had same health problems. So I am not working. I hearld there was some higher crime in Helmet for those who might want to but a rental house.

Having lived there all my life, I left in 2006. Please review your video, there's sevveral spelling mistakes. It's "Hemet" not "Hummet" , "Temecula"not "Tumecula". BTW, the water in the dam is for SAn DIego, not the valley.

my brother corrects everyone about the proper pronunciation of this place. it's actually pronounced Hemeth. take out the He and you got the reason to love this place. if that is that you can make it home.

are you serious!?! born and raised here, 54 year old. there's a reason all of so cal calls hemet the arm pit of the IE. been trying to get the money together to escape for 5 years, this place will suck the life out of you! buy elsewhere!
