Duh, the homes in San Diego are now grossly over priced and that means astronomical property taxes after purchasing the home.

A hard pass. The high cost of living, the triple digit utility bills, the ever increasing progressive laws that limit freedom, the higher taxes, and the car and home insurance crisis… my money is better spent in other states that still make sense.
