One being that, rich means something completely different depending on who you ask. But the other thing is, subconscious beliefs and programming are so powerful and I don't know if people really realize how much that is dictating their entire life experience. I mean, it's between 90 to 97% of our behavior is driven 100% by our subconscious. So, it doesn't really matter at that point how intellectual you are... Because that's purely on a conscious level. Even though the overarching argument of the video rings true, the separate points made are quite superfluous, not really stacking up to the perceived standard of analysis proclaimed. The language used feels like a self-pandering testimony of "how smart am i" vs "how dumb are the others". The point is driven home through incessant repeating and diminishing others, while proping oneself up, wihtout really offering much when it comes to actual analysis or resolutions. However, it is a good example of putting out something without striving for perfection or substance, so congrats on that, it does support the argument through quite an acute example.
@makelifemedicine2 ай бұрын
@@dkirilova3 Thank you so much for the extremely condescending and insulting, yet so carefully and strategically articulated feedback that someone with a low IQ could almost *falsely* receive it as constructive criticism. It's always so curious to me how miserable a person must be to spend the time degrading a perfect stranger in the comments of a KZbin video. But alas, it's quite common. Also a very interesting observation--> you are exemplifying the very things that you criticize about me in your comment. " Incessant repeating and diminishing others, while propping oneself up, without really offering much when it comes to actual analysis or resolutions. However, it is a good example of putting out something without striving for substance". So congrats on that.
@dkirilova32 ай бұрын
@makelifemedicine It is your response that is condescending and insulting, but alas, I guess you missed the point of my comment. I am not miserable at all, thanks for your consideration. However, I am in the comment section of a video that props itself as advice and I am allowed and encouraged to express my opinion on it. Which I did. I guess opinions can only be constructive when they're positive, eh? One more note, I don't see anywhere in my comment any "propping myself up", I never once mentioned my intellectual level, nor did I compare it to others'. Which is what I feel your video mainly did. Having this as a main point of the content, I think is harmful, which is why I expressed my opinion, not trying to mask it as anything else than what it is. As I stated, I agree with the overall point. But the way it was delivered is at the expense of others. People can lift themselves up in two ways, one of them is by bringing others down. By your video and your response I can see which one you are choosing. Either way, I assume you are just starting out. Good luck. But please, when providing advice, and since you said I didn't provide recommendations, dig a little deeper, in order to provide some actual substance. Learn to accept opinions differing from yours. And try not to degrade other people so much in the process, it does not make you look smarter. P.S. I didn't write it carefully or strategically, this is just how I write.

My problem is that I have PTSD from working with clients because I got burned so bad! It's literally gut-wrenching! And sadly this is precisely what I have to do, work with clients. I absolutely hate it and I don't want it! I just want the fucking money and for everyone else to leave me the fuck alone forever! Also, perfectionists don't fear losing control. At least I don't. I fear violence! Because this is precisely what I got when I was a little child and made mistakes. Perfectionism is literally beaten into me, and it's very hard to break those chains, if not impossible!
@makelifemedicine2 ай бұрын
I can feel your frustration. What I can say is, I would question whether you HAVE to work with clients. The language we use is very revealing. Why do you believe you have to do this work? If it is literally gut-wrenching, I would argue that continuing to do that work is a far greater sacrifice than whatever perceived consequences you may be anticipating if you were to change directions and "start over" doing something different. Fearing violence leads a child to perfectionism precisely as a way to CONTROL the environment and the feedback they receive from caregivers. They are literally attempting to control their parent's reactions, behavior, and perceptions. Since they are too small and incapable of physically protecting themselves and preventing the violence, their genius of a subconscious introduces the perfect behavior that will fit that child's unique set of circumstances. Parents who beat their kids when they make mistakes? The logical product of that environment would be a child who controls the outcome by NEVER making a mistake.

@@DavidTian-e9s Ooooooo, I like the way your mind works 😍 I think it's a really good point. But also, those 5 that succeeded... They also failed a million times first.
