I got pen kutum with 100fs, enhance my tri bs to tet with 178fs and it failed, try again with 110fs it succeed. And my guild mate accidentally enhancing his dim tree to pen with 0fs and skip animation and it went through. Doesn't matter how much the fs is, if you're so unlucky you won't get pen with 300fs. I'm not trying to defend her, I just wanted to point out how bs bdo enhancement system is.

The enhancing killed it for me, while you spend billions of silver or items worth billions of silver someone just randomly taps pen. The RNG is in EVERYTHING. No trading among players also rubbed me the wrong way.

We were just talking about pearl abyss possibly 'inflating' player count numbers in NA server chats. Like yea there was for sure a spike of players over the last couple months, you could blatantly see it by how active each server was, but it seems to have died back down dramatically. I however have made more progress in bdo than ever before, while still only playing it as casually as possible thanks to season catch up mechanics and me just having left over stuff from before

Everyone can enjoy PVP if you want gear scaling go play an instanced MMO that has that. Or go play boring T1 NWs. Games beyond easy to get into killing range, you only need 281+ap these days to one combo, and if you can't get 281ap then that's on you.

The only reason you can't find a grind spot is becuase it's the same guys that been playing this one game for far too long that they can't quit becuase their time investment. This players most of the time don't even spend money in game becuase they can just grind what they need, it's the new players that p2w those outfits, and that's only until they realize bdo is not worth them p2w becuase when they reach a little bit of gs, higher gs players just grief them and take over all grind spots so they quit.

@@NimiEnthusiast Maybe you should do a confusion check. There's no other MMO combat system as good as BDO's. Gear scaling can be a bit wonky, but most fights are true skill checks between competing players. Full rock-paper-scissors of range, super armor, s, frontal guard, grabs, movement, and crowd control attempts. And the pace is crazy.

Protected cc,movement,s,grab and damage. if a ninja knows what hes doing you cant do nothing against it with a wizard due to your limited kit vs his.

The thing is, Ninja did not gain additional protection in movement or cc after rework. Ninja has only 1 protected cc: Smokescreen. 2 if you use Core. So movement and protected cc wise nothing changes. I still dont understand his thesis that Ninjas were easier to fight pre-rework. I am not saying Ninja is weak or to strong at all. Pls correct me if i am wrong.

Fighting awakening rangers on my succ ninja has always been a struggle but it's not like I can't kill them if I DO land a catch. If it was a PVP game it had not these weird gear scaling and you could actually make 500m/h with PVP arena or something other with PVP. But you can make 100 caphra dust a day. Really not a PVP game.

Wow this game is amazing, now that they've sent every noobs to grind in valencia's zones, nobody sells Kama spirit stones anymore, and market for these is dead. So, once again, PA is forced to artificially feed the market by sending us some in our in game mail box. Which is pathetic, doesn't solve the problem, and we're still waiting for a real fix. Why tf don't they just add them to valencia's zone? Would it be so broken on the grind to drop 5 of them an hour? Are they sleeping? No we better nerf Musa and maehwa cuz they're having too much fun right now, while other class can still one shot people but that we dont care. PA only knows how to put a f pad on whatever issue the game has, and will most likely never be able to really fix any issue. And before instulting me or saying im crying or whatever, you can like the game but please don't praise mediocrity by defending PA when they don't know what they're doing.

Yeah BDO enhancing is just straight garbage, its similar to old school MMOs like RF online who just straight up delete your gear or bring it back to +0. Nobody wants to no life a game nowadays, people want continuous progression even if its slow not grind for months just to see yourself get weaker. tbh they should just make the free pen quests available for all the weapon and armor slots and have accessories downgrade if un-cro ned fail instead of blowing it up that way people would work towards their armors and weps slowly, play for caphras, then slowly get stronger accessories so they feel themselves get stronger everytime. It's healthier for the pvp scene as well as the gear curve would flatten a bit. and before anyone says "that invalidates the work i put in towards my gear" it is what it is, either let people catch up or the game dies
