Oh my goddess!!!! I found your channel a few months back when I was writing a paper on the mental benefits of journaling. I fell in love with your videos & got a little sad when I found out you stopped posting. And here you are!!! Back at it again. I’m so glad I subscribed otherwise I would’ve missed this. Great video :)

No other journaling channel quite clicked and made sense the way yours did. I started doing it properly a few months ago, mostly a freestyle writing about the happenings of the day approach but stopped recently. Your instagram comment made me realise you’re back. Its time to resume journaling then! Welcome back!

I couldn’t agree more. What you say is exactly me. And especially the workloads, it gets in the way of me taking care of myself. I know that but still I choose work first and then at the end of the day I feel sad that I didn’t take care of myself good enough. I still journaling almost every day but I still feel depressed and write shorter and shorter. I know that write more will help me but I’m stuck. I don’t know what to write about anymore because every day at work is the same. 😭

If you don’t know what to write, then write about a “story-worthy” moment you experienced yesterday. Everything is a story (even brushing you teeth!). Keep it simple! 👍

Good to see you again, I always enjoy your videos. Sadly, for me ( perhaps due to being depressed ) I stopped just because I said one night, what does it matter? For a while I really enjoyed it but I guess "the newness wore off". Too many personal tragedies drain the energy, but I DO congratulate and celebrate all those who do still keep up the practice; they are in good company with such historic greats as Marcus Aurelius!!! God bless you and your loved ones

Happened with my art. Journaling is simple, it’s knowing what one wants out of it. Good questions help, but I think you may be over complicating this.
