GuruJi I had a chance to listen to Q4 Con call of PGINVIT and realized that part of the 12 rupee dividend is from the reserves because the revenue did not match their promised dividend value. They told in FY 24 as well there will take a part of the reserve money to fulfill the dividend promise. This means taking money kept for future asset purchases and diverting that as dividends. Is it, not a decay in book value and affecting the stock price.

that also means future pipeline projects are not there as expected. Am i correct !!!. but in long run if sudden spurt of projects comes then again the prices will go up. so keeping any share for a long term is best. Think and act accordingly.

To my knowledge, No Gujaratis purchased from Market. Thanks to Tamil equity advisors, all MFs got 55% profit in 18 months from May21 till Sep 22. That is Five year returns in 18 months. I understand from so many queries, scapgoats are retail investors from Tamil Nadu. About 12% purchased from MFs at higher price. Disclosure: I sold it around 145 my allotment at 100 and waiting to buy between 105-110.

This was the case with IRBINVIIT earlier, the price went down to Rs 40 and recovered to Rs70 now against the issue price of Rs 108. They committed in the offer document Rs 12 and now distribute Rs 8- Rs 9 as distribution per annum. Anything can happen in market.
