Before I met my fiancé now, I speak lots of foreigners too,, but when I met him.. I feel like love of first sight!! He got my all attention and he is very different to other man!! After that he visit me two times in the Philippines.. and now I’m in Australia with him six months and we’re planning to get married here in August!! Love , caring,commitment and honesty is very important in relationships.. Age and distance is doesn’t matter. What makes you think that the education in the Philippines is of an inferior standard,the percentage of collage graduates in the Philippines greatly out performs the UK and as for taking my wife and children back to the UK that is impossible,I need a job with a salary that exceeds £22,000 and although I earned more than that before I left the UK you cannot just walk into a job with that kind of starting salary.

The main reason why Filipinos or "Pinoys" specially our Filipina women want to marry foreigners specially Caucasian or White western men is simply because they are after financial convenience because most white or colored western men are financially well---established and also most of our Filipina women are very,very and very keen to race mix specially to Caucasian or White men because they love to bear,raise and instruct white babies.When a white man and a brown Filipina woman race mix with one another,The result is that they can produce babies that have 80---90% white when it comes to the baby's skin color just like exactly what happened to Chris and Melody when their loving,dear and precious baby boy Matthew James was born.I pray,wish and hope that I didn't offend you,Chris and Melody because of my blunt and straight to the point comments,insights and feed backs.

The filipino food will get you if your not careful. Last year I was in Makati for a month and at the end I felt my blood pressure was high and got dizzy a couple of times, the diet there is high fat, sugar and fried haha it taste good but us from the west just aren't used to it. You still juicing?

Hi mate. Congratulations to you both on your good news. I'm in my late 30's and the Filipina I'm chatting with is same age as me. We've been chatting for around a year and half. I'm wanting to meet her. She's a great woman, kind heart. People say Filipinas just want money, I doubt that is true in all cases. The woman I chat to has never asked me for money. She works full time at her place of work. She's one of the nicest people I have ever believed existed. Its been a difficult journey on the work front to get to see her. The situation on the work front is looking up. Problem is it's taken so long for me to get there that I'm not sure if now she feels I'm not gonna get to her. So now that the work issue is looking up I want to still go to meet her. My friends say why don't I meet someone here. My answer to that is I really like this woman and crazy as it seems I feel we have a connection. With the length of time it's taking for me to meet her it's at a time where she's uncertain about us now. Do I carry on and get there or do I give up and let her go. Its something I'm finding difficult to find an answer to. I know I want to meet her, I know that she could continue on with her life and meet someone that can get to see her sooner than I can.

A Brit in the Philippines I have to take responsibilities mate. I should have been able to have tried getting there much quicker, and done more. Now things are working on the work front things could change. I can't put it all on her mate. I wouldn't expect anyone to put their life on hold. Even if she moves on I'll still visit the Philippines. I have other friends there. Just the one lady I really liked. I have met friends for life there from on FB. If it's not meant to be with me and her then it's not meant to be. I should step up to the plate. It's been difficult finding work as you know what Britain is like for that. And with an injury from a road accident many jobs won't take some people with injuries on if it goes against the H&S regulations. It's taken longer than I thought. Now things are looking up with working it's hard saving to get there, or give up. Thing is I don't like giving up on things, even if no hope for me and her I don't want to give up traveling to the Philippines.

For your high blood pressure start by cutting out vegetable oils. Any ingredient that says partially hydrogenated vegetable or soybean oils is really bad for your blood pressure. Only cook with extra virgin olive oil or coconut oil. Most processed foods in the store are bad for you so cook your food from scratch instead of eating from a box or bag.

Also,In my own personal opinion,One of the reasons why you have a chest infection is probably you are taking for granted not to change your shirt when it is wet with your sweat or perspirations brought by the humidity and hot weather.I truly believed that there are many,many and many cases in the Philippines where Filipinos suddenly catch a bad cold and can experienced chest infections when they don't change their shirts when it becomes wet from their sweats or perspirations and also when it is not treated right away by medical professionals like Doctors or Physicians in the Philippines (The Pearl of the Orient).When I went for a Philippine vacation many,many and many years ago,My body is always full of sweat and perspirations during my stay there because of extreme humidity and I have the habits of constantly changing to clean and dry shirts to prevent having a bad cold and chest infection that can lead to pneumonia.

But regarding healthcare in the Philippine do you have access to blood pressure medication if needed. For most people this is a last resort if diet and exercise don't work in lowering your blood pressure.

Diet and exercise. Rice, the main staple in the Philippines, turns to sugar which adds weight if not burned off. I lost 25 pounds awhile back and my BP dropped way down and my doctor even took me off one of my BP meds. And I felt so much better without the belly.

You can get your blood pressure down ,but you might not like what you will have to do before its to late .Start eating healthier and no pig of any kind . The next thing is start drinking lots of water and raw fresh beat juice with lemon and berries . Start doing something you like to do for exercise purposes .It can be a simple one mile walk per day .your blood pressure will start going down with in wks as your overall health and weight goes to a normal size .keep in mind you might also need to be on blood pressure meds as well . Live love and be well for your wife and baby my friend .

Hi Chris & Mel ,in your early vids you were on the road more doing vids so you was active ,now your settled you become more laid back and sorry to say it but your in a lazy mode ,that's why your putting on weight and becoming more unhealthy .sorry Chris don't mean to be hard on you but you really need to eat healthy and get out of shall we call it relaxed mode sounds better than lazy :) take great care mate you have a wonderful wife and child who love you so look after yourself if not for yourself do it for them .have a great day :)

There is just 2 gyms and they both charge 200 peso's,however as you may imagine the equipment is very old.

Ha ha yes in the philippines theres not much pda no hugs and have you noticed how limp the handshakes are.My lady in Legaspi had a similar experience to mel with foreigners until she met me-I dont understand this if you are looking for a relationship with someone why wouldnt you treat them with respect and kindness. Good luck with your blood pressure its so hard to eat healthy in the philippines -take care of yourself.
