*hear me out* I don’t think it’s promiscuity that ruins the relationship. I think women who are diagnosed as bipolar and or have other personality disorders/ deficiencies have a much higher chance of being promiscuous. Manic people often suffer from sex addiction and mental illness also plays a large role in over stimulated Libidos as a copping mechanism. I don’t believe it’s promiscuity itself that caused those statistics.

We can consider revenge F...ks if she has committed to LTR and has being cheated on or suffers from jealousy issues or simply suspects she will have affairs . Inter LTR relationships periods of time where multiple partners are found to fill those post LTR blues . Insecurity and mental issues can lead to promiscuous behavior. The older she is the more likely she has sexual history . How she has coped with that is dependent on every female individual.

Although my modeling is small, I graduated from high school in 1982. From a small school in rural Iowa. I had 66 in my graduating class, 32 being girls, and being from a small town where we all know each other and where, you know, guys talk to each other and know each others business. Many girls are already players at like 12 years old. The only way a young girl in this generation will be a virgin by even 18, is usually because they have a deeply religious family with overly protective parents that shelter them as much as possible. And even with all that it is almost impossible to really prevent it because all these kids are still exposed to social media in one way or another. Women now are more entitled than ever because of platforms like Instagram, Snapchat and Onlyfans where desperate dudes are just their worshiping them, they feed off all that attention. This is a phenomenon that was not present for the average female in any other era of history. Only women that got this sort of attention were huge celebrities. So these kids are def still fucking like rabbits, especially the pre-teen and teenage girls (usually by older guys in their mid to late 20s, 30s and 40s).

I completely agree. Who or how many people a person sleeps with is not indicative of their ability to pair bond, or find happiness. Someone's ability to pair bond, as well as be happy in a monogamous relationship is relative to their own mental and emotional health as well as emotional intelligence. Promiscuity is a symptom of other underlying struggles with trauma, self image, self respect, confidence, self love, substance abuse... The list goes on and on. There were many women years ago in high school, who were promiscuous. The women that come to mind... All married with kids now, and many I'm sure are happy, faithful, and devoted to their families. Promiscuity is simply a side effect, of a much bigger problem(s)... Struggles that once recognized, can be addressed, and fixed with effort and heck maybe some need a therapist as well. What matters is how a person faces their personal struggles... And if they face them at all. Anyone can change their behavior... And that's all promiscuity is, a side effect of poor behavior and decision making

However, I do think this perspective is limited as it doesn't consider what you have insightfully shared. It seems we are all too quick to shame and blame promiscuity without looking at what was driving that behaviour. No secure, well-adjusted woman dishonours herself in such a way, you're 100% correct that previous trauma and abuse begets promiscuity, which only begets more trauma. But it can be healed from. By the grace of God all is possible.

I think this is pretty much accurate. The GF’s I’ve had with a high notch count were, I hate to say, pretty screwed up. A lot of past trauma, and inability to pair bond. And truly, I find women with a low notch count to be happier, more pleasant to be around, and more SANE in general. Had a brief relationship with a woman who was very promiscuous, twice married and divorced. She pined over a lost alpha who beat her up (he was good looking), had a bad case of BPD, inked, a problem with occasional alcohol abuse, an obsession with makeup and personal appearance (hours in front of the mirror) and extreme mood swings. Men aren't really designed to "pair bond" the way women are... the number of a man's sexual partners has no bearing on this (with the exception of him being a full-blown sex addict). Males are properly designed for multiple, random partnerships that last long enough for insemination to take place... his role in reproduction is over at that point and his body will not go through any physical changes (as a woman's body will). About 20 years ago I got involved with a woman who was quite beautiful, smart, athletic and fun to be with. She was an accomplished artist and sold many of her paintings, but she was a psychologist by profession. Her history included numerous past relationships and flings in the US and France. She told me nothing about this until later, when it came up in a conversation. I told her that was inappropriate, considering our relationship, but I was not opposed to her occasionally having lunch or coffee with these guys. In retrospect, I was too easy with these things. She told me she was going to socialize any way she wanted, so a few days later I broke it off. When we were together, she would often have bad days or be depressed, and that was weighing heavily on our relationship. Maybe that's why she wanted to stay in touch with these guys. Now, I suspect she probably was cheating on me. We lost touch, and about 15 years after we split, she committed suicide. For what it's worth...

That Stefan Molyneux video is an honor long and worth the watch as it goes in depth. I tell people to screenshot the charts/ graphs and study them at the very least. In the manosphere there's too much emphasis on plain notch count and not enough focus on good taste. If she's hooked up with unpresentable and trashy people then she has bad taste. actually, if you look at the graph a man's happiness level does down the more promiscuous he is and it will never go back to the same % it was, just like the woman's do. So it may have less of an effect, but it would be delusional to say it doesn't have a negative impact on themselves (and society) by sleeping around a lot. It sucks to hear, and both genders dont want to accept that there are negative consequences to being promiscuous because big surprise, its fun to have tons of sex. People out there having tons of sex with random people usually suffer from mental issues and have a lot of anxiety that they don't want to address. They'd rather just fuck everything, drink excessively or do lots of drugs to cover up the emptiness inside. You can't have meaningful relationships without any connection, emotionally and spiritually with someone else. Everything superficial and shallow fades away with the same intensity as it began.

BPD and substance abuse are often indicators of trauma, possibly childhood trauma and promiscuity could be equated with anything from seeking the affection they did not receive from primary caregivers, to re-enacting a rape/molestation, to a kind of self abuse like any other addiction from booze, to drugs to food. Given the high numbers of trauma out there you might be dealing with a human being deeply in need of therapy. The brain is plastic, and healing can occur but knowing this going in can help you make a choice as to whether you want to be the one who supports her through this or for her to get herself fixed up before she's a viable candidate for 'pair bonding'.

Yes, You got this one 100% spot on. I always ask how many sexual partners they have been with as a gage of their emotional state and long term pair bonding ability, as you call it. The personality disorder aspect is the real reason for asking. Woman think you are asking because of an ego thing, its not. One woman made it sound like she was with about 8 or 10 sexual partners, sort of normal for someone of her age. Then later it came out, it was over 50, 2 abortions, a coke addiction, and said she only married her ex-husband for his money. Ouch! Men....ask!

Namastey. There's a term called Runanubandha in our culture. In the early stages and in the spirit of honesty above all else women are much more likely to disclose their pasts...before they have fully decided that they want a LTR with you.
