I tried my best to convince my parents to get me a pair of rats but after many trails at last they denied. I am currently in grade 8 so to convince them I made a promise that I will definitely get above 97percent in grade 10 so finally they are convinced. I live in an area where spotting wild snakes is very common. Even in my house, we have found unwanted snakes roaming in the garden area. I just wanna know that what if I bought white rats as pets in my home, will they be an easy prey for those snakes roaming around in the locality?? Do the snakes get to know where these rats are by their senses and will come to my house searching for them?? Is it dangerous for the rats if I bring them in my house?? Dear you can bring them , but unfortunately you have to be always concious and careful where your rats are. Also you have to build their cage very carefully, by making the cage holes small so even a smallest snake can not enter

@@rinsane1621 No matter how hard they try only males can't reproduce. I have only males. Nd yep they poop, bt still its not that dirty, it took only 5 to 10 min a day to clean the stuff. Nd try having some other pets, you will find out they need very little care compare to other. I have a labrador, nd he need 2 hours of a walk each day. Nd still it takes 15 min to clean his hairs.
