Why Re-Tasks is conducted in ISSB

Re-Tasks are conducted in ISSB of limited candidates due to obvious reason. It is not mandatory like previous, that person undergoing through re task, either it be re command or interview or an individual obstacles would recommended in ISSB. It is basically confirmation of doubts in case of candidate has not clearly assessed by selector or any other reason as well.
Same reasons, tasks, analysis and apparent results have mentioned in this video for understanding of candidates. Hope this video will serve the purpose.

Mashallah Cmdr sab you are doing a great job. Meanwhile your video gave me an answer after 18 years of waiting why I was rejected after my Reinterview at ISSB. Although now I am an executive in National Bank of Pakistan but still I had a feeling of uneasiness in my heart that I don't know what was the reason for my ISSB rejection which went away today. @@BilalAhmed-jh2jv Bhai mene jitne logon se poocha he abhi tak sab ne yehi kaha he k ISSB call sab ko lazmi ati he koi skip nai hota. Mene slection center me ja k poocha unho ne bhi yehi kaha k hum ne form send kar dia he or call har aik ko ati he. ISSB Headquaters Kohat me bhi call ki, unho ne kaha k ap website pe check karte rahen call aa jae gi. Masla ye he k same date pe form jama karvane pe kuch logon ko call aa rahi he or kuch ko nahi. Or time bohat thora reh gya he. Jin k ISSB reh jae un ko next course me shift kar dete hain. Lekin mene June k first week me form submit karvaya the koi waja nahi he meri call delay hone ki lekin phir bhi ho rahi he.
