Hie iam Swapnil Rangar, a hardcore Defence aspirant. I was recommended in Army (AIR 11) but because of medical reasons, I was declared unfit.
In SSB i have seen everything Screen out, Conference out, Recommendation & medical rejection too & by taking all these experiences I can understand the journey of every aspirant & can help them out.
I will share my full knowledge regarding the 5Days SSB procedure through this channel. Videos regarding GTO tasks, interviews & psychology will be uploaded on the channel.

They are not well known about senior officer behaviour it is only known to those jawans who came from small town and village. and for them it is nothing compare to their problems on other side nowadays candiate only knows the half truth that was shared by so called jabaj officer they are just doing it for views and to get famous and in last they will do the buisness with all those candidate as you can see everywhere on youtube those reel officer encouraging every person to join defence as it is like halva 😂 or big reason is that the candidate are from those urban cities mostly and new officer in ssb are also from the same reach background so nowadays it is going like a reach family cycle in the ssb 🙏

Not knowing the reality of life in Armed Forces. Lack of willingness from candidates side. Last but not the least, Armed Forces must bring some reforms in Written exam and SSB, so that they recommend candidates with willingness, so that they recommend willing candidates as well as maintain the efficiency of Armed Forces.

What I believe that maximum candidate think that they would treated like officer but reality is very different and also in the social media many students are not that much physically fit as that of academy standard and that's why they are not able to cope of with training

If you'll notice the pattern of exam, and recommendations in recent years (say, last 6-7 years) The definition of "OLQ" is fast changing/changed...they're looking for more of a academically over-achievers, than a balanced personality... Candidates who've already cracked top IIT/NEET admission, would always live with a guilt in Military academy that they deserve better, and have options to opt out, without any consequence

One of the reasons behind leaving NDA is also the prrks that a certain school student enjoys like on from sainik and rimcs they have seniors and most of them have pals..then they get that special treatment and a normal civilian background cadet finds out hard to cope up with culture of academy.

According to my opinion those who are mentally and physically fit should join the armed forces because real life is very difficult. The candidates opting for armed forces should have a clear idea about the curriculam before joining it. Army officers must be tough as there comes a lots of responsibilities and those who are weak in both physically and mentally cannot bear the heat in the academy. The trainers don't give a shit from where are you, what you have achieved etc. Officers in Indian Army are meant to lead from front so they should have the physicality and should be mentally strong as well.

Main reason is they want sarkari babbu wale thaat but in the military they have to earn it by work rest of sectors it can be just after cracking the exams Recently in a podcast of SP Kanwar sir he said if a officer is taken for his first combat if he don't raid there the whole unit would make fun of him

cz academically bright student always compare their life with their peer group who are enjoying their life to the fullest in IIT and NIT hostels , there are parties ,college fest , females , freedom while in academy they are getting constant ragda.. and ragging by seniors ... so yes the initial charms of special forces etc starts to fade which ones infatuated their minds

I’m ready to accept all the ragda ,punishment and many more problems in Army life whatever you call it,I’m ready to face with a smile,if a person can’t bare this, kya khak army banega, knowledge is not everything in army you have to be physically fit and all rounder and like sir has said ek do motivational videos para sf dekhke maat ana,there are ample of jobs where you can go and live a comfortable life. Remember army is not a job It’s a way of life and he or she has to have the guts to face the challenges then only you come. Jai Hind🇮🇳⚔️

​@@ABHISHEKMEHTA-ny1um Bro I am agree with you but just I have a different perspective how a language could be barrier in someone's choice of profession. How a language can analyse one person's determination confidence and his passion for joining armed forces even a guy who speaks Bengali and he doesn't know English but he is passionate towards joining armed forces then how English could be reason for not selecting him as an officer if I take an example of Chinese army Russian Korean these armies have never enforced English as a selection criteria still they are the best armies in the world. SSB centres are assessing OLQs which can be exhibited by any person irrespective of his language so there must be procedure to select the candidates not on the basis of English I too agree the fact that India has many languages that's why to have a common language English is chosen but there could be other solutions too we can also go for regional service selection centre . Not for each language but majority of the languages like Malayali Hindi Gujarati etc.

One more thing I want to add here is how a language could be an arsenal because eventually you have to fight in the battlefield irrespective of your language. your quick decision making, stamina strength will make you last longer in battlefield Jai Hind

And rhi baat ki english sikhani hi hai to vo to academies me bhi sikha sakte ho foreign language bhi to sikhate hi hai NDA me french, Russian etc.

Everything is needed to be an officer. It looks like that army is meant for those who are physically strong only. Just saying if the exams is not conducted in standard way then what will be the difference between a jawan and an officer. An officer who will lead a brigade, command in future should also be intelligent as well. So both things are required.

@lakhiranighosh8883 clearing the exam is not the issue cause after that he will have to clear the SSB prblm is the infantry person and hardcore techie person both needs to be given equal chance so the pattern of the exam for army recruitment should be different and also you will be trained for 3 years in nda and 1 year ima to make your basics strong

@@Sanjay05Romeo Look the syllabus is common for all. For tech part the army has created various tech entries like TGC, SSC Tech, TES. So those who want to get into technical part they can go through this entry where they can learn a lot which civilians cannot study. Similar in medical, law candidates too. One who wants to join the infantry has to go through the common exam pattern. An armed forces officer should be knowledgeable as well as physically fit. There are many examples of officers who are intelligent as well physically strong. Just for the sake of show off One cannot join the armed forces. Wheather One achieves AIR 1 or any rank he will be treated the same. No special treatment. Many candidates from civilian background have been doing very well in the academy.

Well because our selection process is based on finding the best of all not the right guy like in my case i was medically unfit y? Because one of my knee was 2 degree outward wth 🤦 😂 i can run more than 4 of my other friends who were in the ima carry more load do ruck marches etc but due to this system of perfection I wasn’t pushed through in western military they select u based on if u can do the job or not if u don’t have any serious medical issues u r good yaha bkldo ko rambo aur chanakya chaiye with medical perfection again read medical perfection not physical one , guess what one door closes another open got better opportunities abroad maybe i will try for the French foreign legion
