why ANN has no sequence information ? if sequence changes so does order of 1d one hot encoded vector changes ? its like normal input sequence change in normal ANN , and ANN can be trained for all possible sequence in the world ? Only issue is related to sparse and large no of weights to be trained ?

Sir at 11.54, you said that there are 60*4=240 weights. But why "60"? We are after all just using the vectorized form of the words. Since we are using the first line having 5 words, shouldn't the no of weights needed for the first line be 5*4=20? For the 2nd Line it would have been 3*4=12 and for the 3rd line it would have been 4*4=16?
