Super interesting thank you. I'm unclear though about the last section of the video : 80% of what ? and I did not understand the logic to go from "we have a 1 billion dollar idea project" to "the whole portfolio" (of ideas ? or ideas + innovation projects ? ) is 800 million. Hope you can clarify this ? Also, what do you do to project ROI calculation in case you only have ideas ?
