Yeah, Singed is a top that shines out of a proxy for a tempo advantage into playmaking whereas many ranged and carry tops are the opposite and can't play for that win condition. So Warmogs seems to neutralize those lanes in two ways - it takes away their win condition of soloing you but it also gives you the resources to maximize playmaking, as you no longer need to worry about health. I think similar things are true for cdr and movement speed regarding Singed's kit relative to other top laners.

i've been doing it for sejuani (im a jungle player) and its hilarious to gank botlane, kill both of em, hide on bush with 10% hp and when they walk up to lane again, boom, there i am lmao

It has been good on Singed for many games in many seasons and very underrated for most of the champions for about 12 years. Once the cooldown was added it got that way.

It's always been good and at some points op for tank meta. Problem is that you're invalidated by ezreal q; it's a bad item when you/your team is behind. Also power creep.

It's good for trying to get faster hp scaling early for heartsteel. Since heart steel scales off of bonus hp you stack faster.

Im no tooo into league anymore but i really like playing singed, hes my main man after all. But wouldn't manaflow or the precision tree mana one be super attractive since the whole idea is your perma weak in lane and just farmbotting? I only reall6come back to league now for standard urf and arena tho. League kinda died for me after season 10. Thoughts?

Ah finally, it surprises me that many people don't do this. Rammus is another champ that can exploit this as he usualy manages to disengage alive at low health, yet not many people take warmogs, even as a third item or something

Fiora Main Here: You can infact proc vitals w/ hydra, Fiora has to be positioned "in front" of the vital for it to proc. She can't stand on your left side and proc a vital on your right side. Also, Singed is weird, i always thought he was a meme because i played fiora but when i play other champs i just stop and think "wow this champ (singed) is really annoying when you don't have a dash every 2 seconds and a CC denial ability.

you can take the 2% ms over scaling hp if u get dark seal

So the way that movement speed works, Warmogs gives you a cumulative 15% out of combat movement speed bonus then? And what it means by "out of combat" is not taking direct damage from anything including jungle monsters right? I ask cause maybe Warmogs might be a good 2nd item to rush on Mundo jgl...🤔

Warmogs has a 3 second downtime if you got damaged by non-champion, 6 seconds on champion damage. BTW self-damage doesn't count (you can run warmogs Soraka and spam heal on your teamates)

shoe rune could be good on warmogs singed no? Like you will get your shoes pretty much as soon as you complete warmogs and the rune gives you 10 more move speed than normal shoes.

Like imagine this: Grasp, Demolish, Second Wind, Overgrowth, magical footwear, approach velocity. Demolish scales with max health and you can use it often on singed. You rush warmogs and you get your shoes, maybe you could even upgrade into these new shoes for the fast recall and you start hitting towers in all lanes and they cant catch you because of the recall boots.
