Why salaar did't perform well at box office(my reasons) 1. The movie has an adult certificate so the family audience who love prabhas coudn't see it 2. clash with dunki 3. Negative reviews online , when i asked my friends and also to diff people they like salaar very much but the online reviewers don't like it so it create a negative buzz 4. Salaar also has some negatives first editing and second confusing screenplay . but including all these points it earned 150 crs in hindi which is decent where kalki earned 290 crs its bcz first its better than salaar and also there was no clash with it and it can be watched with family and also its do not have negativity around it

I am from Nepal and I have watched Salaar 3 times in the theatre. It's a complete mass & story package. The story build up, the cinematography, the bgm, the direction, the acting, the action scenes & the interval scene 🥶🥶🥶🥶🥶 all were perfect. I am eagerly waiting for part 2 of Salaar. Prashanth Neel is completely a mind master and the screen presence of Prabhas was godlike. The character he has played so smoothly is not everyone's cup of tea. It's a deadly combination in the Indian cinema. Goosebumps is a limited word for this movie.

Salaar is an incomplete experience albeit a good one. First half builds upto interval which raises one question prabhas vs prithvi. But they don't answer that question and go back to flashback, which adds more questions but no answers. Every standalone movie should have a self contained story, which KGF has and salar doesn't. Reaching KGF is rocky Bhai's journey and ends with him defeating the boss there. That gives us satisfaction.

When u see bad reviews it was only given from HINDI BELT and the main key people who did are Hindi Reviewers, idk if they did not like the film because of language barrier but salaar didn't have any language barrier issues like character name as it is simple but hindi reviewers I don't want to name them but everyone gave salaar average rating except few and another issue is SRK DUNKI! Hindi audiences love SRK and I'm also a big SRK fan, but Hindi audiences and theatres gave Dunki more preference than salaar!
