Why Sarasota Tim doesn’t work a W2 job.

It’s my theory on why Tim doesn’t work for an employer. He only works for cash 💵 or 1099 jobs.

Tim all his life has had short lived salesman type jobs. He has honed his craft and like ability Tim has landed on the golden retirement egg with Tammy. He’s living big off Dwayne’s hard work Tammy is evil and Tim is a tool

Never forget that the Boynton Beach police may have put 2 and 2 together and decide they need to ask Tim some questions about his friend Dwayne's accident. Tim skeedaddled to Jax so as to avoid questioning, as he was helping Dwayne with the stump removal when the accident occurred.😮

Everyone who makes money on KZbin gets a 1099 form. The IRS knows how much each person makes.

That is true but 1099 income can be offset with elevated expenses so that the income you claim is significantly less than required for a person who works for others

Welcome back Karl. I enjoy hearing your views on Sarasota Tim. I think the IRS will contact him first. He made a great deal more in reportable (1099 form) income last year due to his viral Social Security at 62 video. He seems too cheap to hire a tax expert to help with his taxes. The IRS can find anyone with a bank account.

I believe he's made a lot of enemies through the years, especially in FL. Ex wives & girlfriends, friends even family. He's been this way his whole life. There's no telling how many people he's conned, cheated or possibly taken from. Between them, the EIDL, IRS, creditors...he definitely appears to be running scared. I'm sure plenty of folks have dirt on him. Bet if you ran a background check stuff would show up.

That’s true. I’ve seen people at my company leave after 6 months because the child support caught up to them. He also won’t get a passport for some reason. I wonder if that’s related. He really is concerned about them coming after him for that EIDL loan.

Taker Baker fits the profile. Watch his body language with the homeless guy. It made me think that Baker knew the guy, and was escaping from him; that was fear. Going to prison would not be the worst thing for Taker Baker: he would have free housing, 24/7 health care, regular meals, no booze, and his ability to do damage would be severely limited.

That makes a lot of sense. There could be other judgements besides child support against him too that would garnish his wages (if he ever had any). I know someone who won the Florida lottery but had his winnings confiscated to pay back unemployment compensation he received but was not eligible for. I know they do the same thing for back child support.

the SSA cannot be a collection agency, requires a court order. He can earn up to 59,000 after age 65 without losing benefits

The ONLY reason the state would be diligent in going after Tim, is if it IS the STATES money, which I am sure it is. Sorry, but that isn't the main reason, his main reason is because he is making more money grifting. Sorry, but I am going to disagree with you, not saying he isn't hiding from the Child Support Agency, but that isn't his main reason for a W2 job. I think you just want to be "one up" on other channels and people and their theories on Tim. They can deny passports, this is why he doesn't get one when he goes on a cruise. I believe Tim also can maneuver his wages HIS way, as in another scam, better than he can a W2 job.
