@i dont have name we have Lesser Cell Phone towers in hilly areas, Every tower has A Particular Area Range, Which Is Given By Pi*Dt^2 where Dt= √(2HtR) Ht is The height of transmitter and R is Radius Of earth so area is Limited For a Tower thats why We get more Signal Strength near The Particular range
