Ordered fish pro trophy and Gtx last Aug 2021 and was told 3times delay and now June 15 and July 15. Should has ordered the 2023 models

On top of the delay the dealers are charging up to $1800 to install the missing components when they arrive. The dealers and Sea doo won't eat the cost. Kevin from the watercraft journal went into detail on this the other day on his podcast. Imagine having to pay a surcharge on top of the MSRP because the manufacturer of these can't keep up with demand.

I know the dealer in Granbury TX is doing it. On their website it has those prices added. 15900 for a GTI SE 170 with only IBR.

Wao .. didnt know that .. They should give us a discount for the hold up and they could do it to make it up to customers but tbe problem is as long all this punks keep over paying for beat up machines and many other things they know they can take advantage too because 8 out of 10 are doing it and they seen it and now they want a piece of that too .. THEY ARE LIKE SHARKS FOLLOWING A TRAIL OF BLOOD.. They know theres pray close by .. They really dont care whos smart enough to notice and refuse to over pay because when 1 refuse there will be 20 willing to over pay ..

Lol I remember the dude on the watercraft journal arguing with me saying the chip shortages could cause a delay and asking if he’d heard anything saying “well ACT U ALLY the issue is with a paint shortage with them and they have that sorted out so no delays expected”. Just goes to show how much the “experts” know.

It sucks, but at the same time, I'd rather BRP send the skis to the dealers when they can (especially with the truck driver shortage), and then send the missing components via any number of carriers for the dealers to install. Sucks that it puts the onus on the dealer to install these components, I just hope they aren't charging the customers extra because of this. BRP should be reimbursing the dealers for their time.

@@jaylenmorris4128 Single components like the ECU and dash are easily shipped to the dealers via any number of carriers (FedEx, UPS, etc.). The Skis have to be shipped on flatbed trucks. So if they get the bulkier piece (skis) there when they are ready. Then they can get the missing pieces there by any number of alternate methods and installed by the dealers themselves. Better than holding the Skis until complete and waiting for a backlog of shippers to deliver the skis.

Waiting for my 22 GTR ordered first week of February. Was told end of march. Then asked a month later. Then told by Memorial Day. I’ll stop in and get an answer about have they received a unit in, or are they just over selling. I’ll ask this weekend so I don’t get the run around on the phone….I live in PA so I don’t mind getting by Memorial Day. Any later is a waste. Luckily I have a brand new spyder I got last year so it would give me somthing to focus on lol 😆 I’m about to sell My spark next weekend in the hopes my GTR actually comes and isn’t a waste of time. Good thing I’m only in the normal Preorder deposit. I’ll post back on what i hear. I have heard they’re finally shipping, and like you said shipping the parts. The dealer I got mine from was working through a few units of parts they needed from December and all sales after were current so they might start shipping completed on some units depending when it was made. I’ll find more. If you do please update.

Our FL dealer has nearly all of their parts now. It's been 80 degree weather the past couple weeks, so I'm guessing BRP is prioritizing warm markets accordingly. I feel confident that you'll get yours in time for summer

Up here on Western NY its July 15 and im still waiting on my machine . I preorder the same week that they start taking orders last year and was suppost to get mines in march on the first arrivals .. THIS IS MADNESS ON STEROIDS..

Good luck when you have an electrical problem brp is going to blame the dealership. No warranty because brp won't be liable. I will not be picking up anything made in 2021 0r 2022

The dealer is authorized for repairs and installations, so the warranty won't be affected.
