For those who experience involuntary movements during meditation, don't be afraid. This is a good thing in which the the qui is trying to heal or fix your body or blockage. For example, if you feel pain in the back, then the qui will make you rock back and forth around your back. Try to meditate by standing, you will experience more involuntary movements. Let the movement do its healing until it stops, and you will feel very well. After that, you can mediate by sitting down. Also, always exercise before you mediate. You are blessed.

@PyExcel Yes, it can heal trauma. Depend on the seriousness of the trauma, it may take a very long time. Of course, medication must be taken accordingly to the doctor's prescription. To experience the involuntary movement (especially the shaking), try to meditate by laying flat down on the ground and have both of your arms and hands over your head. Your arms and hands began to move around as they get tired. Thereafter, flow along with the movement. This will help you get familiar with the flow of energy. If this does not work, try to repeat this in your mind when you meditate: On qua dzua ra, qua do ra, hong pen za. Keep repeat this when you mediate. One day, you will experience all type of energy flowing through your body (and the teaching from the universe), depending on the level of your intelligence and compassion.

Thank You for creating this video, back in 2012, I was doing a Mahamrityunjay Mantra 108 Times & my body was creating movements (the movements were like I had four arms) my body was twisting & contouring that I thought I was creating. When my legs started to move I realized that it was me causing twisting, shaking, I stood up & the movements started again. It felt safe & enjoyable.

If anyone reads this, I would greatly appreciate your help. I have been surrendering into deeper states during longer meditation. I have experienced a short seizure-like state where my body goes rigid and my breath stops. This holds for a short period of time and then releases. I feel very light and well after and continue with my meditation practice. Sometimes I can have multiple episodes in one hour long meditation (usually at the end of the hour). I am very new to this and fully aware I am not enlightened! I have CFS and therefore meditate lay down in a rested state. Do you have any knowledge of this? Thank You and love

I allow it to be whatever it is and with that - when the energy builds, I just allow whatever is happening to the body happen and let it all go ❤️ If I learn more, or receive an answer I will let you know ❤️

I've seen that happening in a lot of vaccinated people recently. But maybe its just parkinson-disease. Not to uncommon in the elderly, more in males though.

Good day, I’ve been trying to meditate everyday and I noticed that my forehead in between my eyebrows on top of my nose is throbbing like heavy and my head feels like expanding or hardening I don’t really know how to explain it then just recently my mouth started shaking for some reason then I’m having hard time to breathe sometimes

Pineal gland? But I disagree with the expert, personally, and have been meditating to find answers about whether or not astral projection is real, a dream, lucid dream, or what have you.. I vibrate the most when I drink ONLY water, eat fruits and vegetables, avoid nicotine, avoid meat, avoid medications, etc. I literally have to work hard to achieve the vibrating, otherwise it NEVER happens so I have a hard time believing it's a bad thing in any way. Theres many reasons I have a hard time believing it is a bad thing but a lot of the research I've done into spirituality, out of body experiences and meditation say it's normal. Most guided meditations start by saying to embrace any vibrating of the body or between the eyes, where the pineal gland is located. I have experienced a time when both my feet rose off the bed at the exact same time/speed and it was very scary. Not like a slight jerk that caused it to happen, they rose pretty high before it pulled me out of my meditation. I felt like I was tripping upwards while laying down with my back propped vertically with pillows, so my legs were out straifht and stable. It was the strangest sensation ever. It wasn't a light twitch or that feeling you get when you're asleep and you feel like you are falling. It was completely different and I can't find anything about anything like this online. Never experienced THAT again before or after, but I have experienced other crazy and even some embarrassing things caused from full entire body "vibrations". I don't know what part of cleansing intentionally cleansing could cause blockages but it wasn't painful any of the times it's happened, at all. Just scary at first because I had no clue what was happening and I thought I was having a conscious seizure. (I have never had a seizure so I didn't know what else it could be.) I also find it odd that it only happened the very first time after I had been meditating for 8 months, straight, every weekday for an hour, and at the same time every day. I think it was after I started consuming monatomoc gold, which I have my own beliefs about. It still only happens when I go out of my way to try to make it happen and never any other times, which I find weird. I don't EVER eat pork, cat fish or eel. I'm not saying he is wrong but I feel like there are possibly different types of shaking, shivering or whatever and one is not necessarily an explanation for another because that doesn't align at all with my experiences. I have been heavily researched spirituality, astral projection, sleep paralysis, and meditation for a while and it is usually related to a good thing, not a bad thing or blockage. I just don't understand the major contradiction. I don't shake more often than I do, but I only do when I avoid my normal medications and cleanse my body of chemicals, additives, meat, etc. I smoke cigarettes!! I have to avoid smoking for a certain amount of time to achieve vibration or astral projection, so I don't believe it. That might be true if your arm or leg is shaking, or one area is causing pain/shaking... but not the forehead or entire body vibrations. It's not an uncomfortable type of vibrating or painful, I have actually had very personal, shameful, embarrassing things happen because of the vibrating. It wasn't an unpleasant thing to say the least and not something I have ever experienced before in my 37 years of life without intervention of some other sourvce... 😅😅😅 I don't want to go into more detail than that. 😅 if you don't catch on, it is probably for the best. Monks know we fan ascend to higher dimensional planes. Some learn knowledge from their ascended masters. Key word being ascended.. Ascended to....? Higher planes. Which does not mean normal death. But that is my opinion based on what I have learned about quantum physics and spirituality (this sense of spirituality, specifically.) combined.
